Abstract: Provided are a granulation additive and a preparation method for high-reliability lithium-ion batteries using the same. The preparation method involves adding a granulation additive into a cathode material for batteries. The granulation additive is a water-soluble polyether resin obtained through ring-opening polymerization of an organic compound A under the action of an organic weak base B serving as an initiator and a solvent C. The granulation additive possesses high adhesive strength and good electrical conductivity, and can function as a flexible binder and be used in conjunction with conventional binders. During the granulation process, the granulation additive has binding and granulating effects, rounds the cathode powder particles and improves the uniformity of the cathode powder.

Abstract: The present application discloses a button battery. The button battery includes a case, a positive electrode powder piece, and a current collector. The case includes a positive electrode case and a negative electrode case interconnected. The positive electrode case and the negative electrode case are connected to define a cavity. The positive electrode powder piece is disposed in the cavity. The current collector is disposed in the cavity, the current collector and the positive electrode powder piece are stacked, and at least a part of the current collector is embedded into the positive electrode powder piece. A side of current collector away from the positive electrode powder piece is contacted with a bottom of the positive electrode case.

Abstract: A button battery is provided in the application, and includes a positive electrode case, a negative electrode case and a sealing sleeve. The positive electrode case includes a support portion and a corner portion connected to an outer side of the support portion. The corner portion includes a first turning segment having a first curvature radius and a second turning segment having a second curvature radius. The second turning segment is connected between the support portion and the first turning segment. The negative electrode case includes a covering portion and a bending snap-engage portion having a third curvature radius. The covering portion and the support portion are disposed oppositely. The sealing sleeve is sandwiched between the corner portion and the bending snap-engage portion, so as to enable sealing between the positive electrode case and the negative electrode case.

Abstract: A button battery and a method of assembling the button battery are provided by the present disclosure. The button battery includes a positive electrode cap assembly, a positive electrode current collector, and a positive plate. The positive electrode cap assembly includes a positive electrode cap and a gasket. The gasket includes a gasket part and an elastic plate part intersected with each other. At least one of the elastic plate part and the gasket part is provided with a protruding structure. The protruding structure passes through the through hole and is fixed to the positive plate.

Abstract: Provided are a lithium primary button cell, a preparation method thereof, and an electronic device. The lithium primary button cell includes a cell housing (10) and a cell core assembly located within the cell housing (10). The cell core assembly includes a negative electrode (3), a negative electrode modification film (4), separators (5, 6), and a positive electrode (7) that are stacked sequentially. The surface of one side of the negative electrode (3) facing the negative electrode modification film (4) is formed with a concave groove (9) into which the negative electrode modification film (4) is tightly embedded. In the present application, the structure and materials of the lithium primary button cell are optimized so that the lithium primary button cell can have excellent discharging performance and good stability and reliability.
