  • Publication number: 20230419613
Abstract: Provided are a multi-camera toggling method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: displaying a multi-camera entry in a virtual space in response to an arousing instruction in the virtual space; entering a multi-camera interface in response to a triggering operation on the multi-camera entry, to display a plurality of cameras that have been configured in the virtual space; and displaying, in the virtual space in response to a toggling instruction for one of target cameras, interactive scene information at the target camera. In the present disclosure, convenient arousing and accurate multi-camera toggling in the virtual space can be realized, thereby avoiding misoperation on multi-camera toggling and enhancing diversity and interest of multi-camera interaction in the virtual space.

  • Publication number: 20230405475
Abstract: The present disclosed relates to a shooting method, apparatus, device, and medium based on a virtual reality space. The method comprises: in response to a selfie call command, determining a shooting position of a virtual character model that holds a camera model in the virtual reality space, and displaying the virtual reality scene in a preset stage scene model based on the shooting position; displaying real-time viewfinder information in a viewfinder area of the camera model, wherein the real-time viewfinder information comprises a virtual reality scene and a virtual character model within the selfie field of view; in response to the selfie confirmation command, determining the real-time viewfinder information within the viewfinder area as captured image information. In an embodiment of the present disclosures, selfie in virtual space is achieved, the shooting method in virtual space is expanded, and the shooting realism in virtual space is improved.

  • Publication number: 20230083245
Abstract: An assembly-type car body and a rail vehicle. A roof, an underframe, side roofs and side walls of the assembly-type car body are separately formed by assembling double-layer pultruded profiles, and each double-layer pultruded profile comprises an outer plate, an inner plate and cavities formed by separating an interlayer between the outer plate and the inner plate using ribs; the upper edge and the lower edge of each side roof are respectively connected to an edge of the roof and the upper edge of a side wall by means of lapping joints, and the lower edge of each side wall is connected to an edge of the underframe by means of a side wall connector; each side wall connector is a double-layer pultruded profile unit, the upper edge of the side wall connector is connected to the lower edge of the side wall by a plug joint.

  • Patent number: 5705387
Abstract: The N-degron is an intracellular degradation signal whose essential determinant is a specific, destabilizing, N-terminal amino acid residue. A set of N-degrons containing different destabilizing residues is manifested as the N-end rule, which relates the in vivo half-life of a protein to the identity of its N-terminal amino acid residue. Disclosed herein is a heat-inducible N-degron module. A heat-inducible N-degron module is a protein or peptide bearing a destabilizing N-terminal amino acid residue which becomes a substrate of the N-end rule pathway only at a temperature high enough to result in at least partial unfolding of the protein. At this elevated (nonpermissive) temperature, the heat-inducible N-degron module (and any protein or peptide attached at its C-terminus) is rapidly degraded in a cell in which the N-end rule pathway is operative.
