Abstract: A method for transferring micro-light emitting diodes, a micro-light emitting diode device and an electronic device. The method for transferring micro-light emitting diodes comprises: providing bumps of bonding agent on electrode bonding pads of a receiving substrate and/or on micro-light emitting diodes of an original substrate; aligning and contacting the electrode bonding pads of the receiving substrate and the micro-light emitting diodes of the original substrate, to position the bumps of bonding agent between the micro-light emitting diodes and the electrode bonding pads; irradiating locally by using a first laser from the original substrate side, to melt the bumps of bonding agent to bond the micro-light emitting diodes and the electrode bonding pads; and stripping off the micro-light emitting diodes from the original substrate, to transfer the micro-light emitting diodes to the receiving substrate.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a micro-LED with vertical structure, display device, electronics apparatus and manufacturing method. The micro-LED with vertical structure comprises: a bottom electrode bonded on a display substrate; a first type doped region provided above the bottom electrode; a second type doped region provided above the first type doped region; and a side-contact electrode covering at least one part of a peripheral of the second type doped region.

Abstract: A micro-LED transfer method, manufacturing method and device are provided. The micro-LED transfer method comprises: obtaining a laser-transparent carrier substrate having a first surface and a second surface with micro-LEDs; forming a protection layer on at least one of the first surface and the second surface and a third surface of a receiving substrate, wherein the third surface is to receive the micro-LEDs to be transferred via pads; bringing the micro-LEDs to be transferred into contact with the pads on the third surface; and irradiating the micro-LEDs to be transferred with laser from the first surface to lift-off the micro-LEDs to be transferred from the carrier substrate, wherein the protection layer is configured to protect the third surface from the irradiation of the laser.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for mining a social account of a target object, a server, and a storage medium. The method includes locating a target social group which the target object belongs to by using attribute information of the target object. The method includes parsing preset information of a social account in the target social group and obtaining first identity information of a user corresponding to the social account. The method also includes determining whether the first identity information matches with second identity information of the target object. When it is determined that the first identity information matches with the second identity information of the target object, the method further includes labeling the social account corresponding to the first identity information as a target social account of the target object.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and server for generating a user score based on social networking information is provided. In the disclosed method, by processing circuitry of an information processing apparatus, default annotation information of a plurality of sampled users, an ith user score and an ith relative user score for each of the sampled users are obtained. A user score model is trained according to the ith user score of the respective sampled user, the ith relative user score of the respective sampled user, and the default annotation information of the respective sampled user. An (i+1)th user score of the respective sampled user is subsequently calculated and a trained user score model, for each of the sampled users, is obtained when the (i+1)th user score for the respective sampled user satisfies a training termination condition, The method provides a solution to evaluate the user score for a use when personal information of the user is missing or incorrect.

The method includes comparing local operating system files of the computer with standard operating system files stored in a cloud server, and obtaining results of the comparison; retrieving portions or a complete set of the standard operating system files from the cloud server based on the results of the comparison; updating the local operating system files with the standard operating system files retrieved from the cloud server; and restoring the operating system in the computer by reloading the updated local operating system files.

When needing to restore the user system, second software information of the user system is obtained from the cloud server side.
