Abstract: A method for transporting/receiving notification messages via File Delivery over Unidirectional Transport (FLUTE) includes: At the transmitting end, a server carries a notification content in a transport object and carries notification related information and a transport object identifier (TOI) of the transport object carrying the notification content in a first file description table (FDT), and then sends the first FDT and the transport object carrying the notification content in a FLUTE session; the receiving end obtains the notification related information and the TOI of the transport object carrying the notification content from the first FDT, and receives the transport object carrying the notification content according to the obtained related information and the TOI. A server for transporting notification messages via FLUTE, a FLUTE server, a content server and a terminal are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for finding a visited Service Provider (SP) disclosed herein includes: after accessing a network, a terminal obtains current network information; and obtains the visited SP information through the home SP information preset on the terminal and the current network information. A method for finding a visited SP disclosed herein includes: after receiving a visited SP information request sent by a terminal, an SP server searches for the current network information, obtains the visited SP information, and sends the visited SP information to the terminal. Accordingly, a terminal for finding a visited SP and an SP server are disclosed. Through the present invention, a roaming terminal may find the visited SP conveniently.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for transmitting initialization data file of a notification service are provided. The method includes steps of encapsulating at least one initialization data file of a notification service in an initialization container; carrying an ID of the initialization container in a service acquisition fragment of an electronic service guide (ESG); and sending the ESG and the initialization container, and providing at least one data type for each initialization data file. The device is a communication device. The system is a communication system. Meanwhile, a method for initializing a notification application is also provided. Therefore, the initialization manner of a notification service is expanded, thereby realizing the distribution and acquisition of configuration files required by the notification service.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for sending and receiving notification messages to synchronize notification messages with program streams accurately. The method for sending notification messages includes obtaining a notification message and a synchronization timestamp that are synchronous with a program, encapsulating the notification message into an RTP/RTCP packet corresponding to the synchronization timestamp, and sending the RTP/RTCP packet to a terminal. The method for decapsulating notification messages includes receiving an RTP/RTCP packet that carries a notification message and decapsulating the RTP/RTCP packet to obtain the notification message. Embodiments of the present disclosure synchronize a notification message with a program stream accurately by carrying the notification message in an RTP/RTCP packet.
