    Abstract: A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes: operating in a Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) mode in which a first subscriber identity module (SIM) is designated as a default data subscription (DDS); transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) from a communication port of the UE, wherein the SRS has a timing offset assigned by a network associated with the first SIM; receiving paging messages from a network associated with a second SIM; determining an offset adjustment to avoid a collision between the SRS and the paging messages; sending a request to the network associated with the first SIM to adjust the timing offset according to the offset adjustment; and receiving an offset change configuration from the network associated with the first SIM.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for Internet resource sharing between multiple subscribers, for example, a first subscriber and a second subscriber, each of which may be in active communications with a cellular network or in a standby mode. It may be determined whether to use an internet connectivity provided by the first subscriber for an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) service on the second subscriber. The second subscriber may conduct the IMS service via internal hotspot provided by the first subscriber or via the second subscriber's own cellular network, or switch between the two. A packet data network connection may be established to transport IMS data and signaling between the second subscriber and a gateway of the second network through the first network.

    Abstract: A wireless communication device may have at least a first subscriber identification module (SIM) and a second SIM associated with a shared radio frequency (RF) resource. The wireless communication device may determine whether some or all of a critical radio resource control (RRC) control message from a first network supported by the first SIM was missed during a tune-away. In response to determining that some or all of a critical RRC control message was missed during the tune-away, the wireless communication device may start a downlink expiration timer, determine whether the downlink expiration timer has expired without receiving sufficient information to complete the critical RRC control message. If so, and if the modem stack associated with the first SIM has lost downlink synchronization with the first network for a number of consecutive radio frames, the wireless communication device may declare a radio link failure for that SIM.

    Abstract: Aspects of present methods and apparatus relating to recovering from a HS-SCCH decode failure during wireless communication are disclosed. The described aspects include detecting that one or more packet data units (PDUs) are being transmitted on an uplink channel, wherein at least one of the one or more PDUs includes a POLL BIT set to TRUE. The described aspects further include determining that a time period for unsuccessful downlink scheduling satisfies a threshold; and. The described aspects further include triggering a cell update procedure with a cell update cause set to Radio Link Control (RLC) unrecoverable error (UNREC ERROR) based on the determination that the one or more PDUs are being transmitted on the uplink channel and that the time period for unsuccessful downlink scheduling satisfies the threshold.
