    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently collecting and reporting minimization of drive test (MDT) measurements for one or more radio access technology (RAT) types and/or for multiple base stations in a dual connectivity deployment. In one example, a user equipment (UE) may receive an MDT measurement configuration indicating a first RAT type for collecting measurements and a second RAT type for reporting measurements. In this example, the UE may use the measurement configuration to collect MDT measurements for the first RAT type, and the UE may report the MDT measurements to a base station associated with the second RAT. Further techniques for efficiently collecting and reporting MDT measurements in a dual connectivity deployment are also described herein.

The phase shift mechanism comprises a semiconductor material layer bonded the first waveguide, and a filamentation layer formed between the first waveguide and the semiconductor material based on applying an electric field to the phase shift mechanism. The filamentation layer causes a non-volatile change in a refractive index of the first waveguide, that provides for phase detuning.

    Abstract: Systems and methods include converting historical data into categorical time series data and de-noising the categorical time series data by removing noisy transitions sets according to a coefficient of variation. A likelihood of a category transition is determined based on historical events using a Hawkes process to generate a relationship graph. Relationships between pairs of nodes are determined using the relationship graph, where the relationships indicate a degree of correlation between the nodes based on de-noised categorical time-series data. An anomaly threshold is determined based on anomaly scores for a validation dataset using the relationship graph, wherein a likelihood output of the Hawkes process that exceeds the anomaly threshold indicates an anomaly.
