    Abstract: An adjustment method of moisture content and dense state for a hydrogel improved subgrade based on weather-resistance during an in-service period, including: step 1: carrying out surface cleaning and compaction of ground; step 2: preparing hydrogel improved subgrade raw material; step 3: paving the prepared material on the surface to form first-layer improved subgrade; and step 4: paving plain soil subgrade onto the first-layer. The method combines the water absorption and release function of the modified resin and the characteristic of the gel state thereof, to pave the improved subgrade in layers, which can absorb water and slightly expand when the water content in the subgrade is increased to a certain threshold value, and a strength and compactness protective layer can also be formed at the connection sections of the ground and the subgrade, and the subgrade and the pavement, to prevent the pot-cover effect from occurring.

    Abstract: A multi-label classification method for generating labels annotated on medical images. An initial dataset including medical images and partial input labels is obtained. The partial input labels annotate a labeled part of abnormal features on the medical images. A first multi-label classification model is trained with the initial dataset. Difficulty levels of the medical images in the initial dataset are estimated based on predictions generated by the first multi-label classification model. The initial dataset is divided based on the difficulty levels of the medical images into different subsets. A second multi-label classification model is trained based on subsets with gradually increasing difficulty levels during different curriculum learning rounds. Predicted labels annotated on the medical images are generated about each of the abnormal features based on the second multi-label classification model.

    Abstract: An antifuse-type non-volatile memory and a control method for the antifuse-type non-volatile memory are provided. During a program action of a program cycle, a timing controller generates a timing control signal. According to the timing control signal, a word line driver is controlled to provide an on voltage and an off voltage to an activated word line. In a total time period of plural on periods, the program current is sufficient to rupture a gate oxide layer of an antifuse transistor in the selected memory cell, and a heating process is completed. Consequently, the gate oxide layer of the antifuse transistor is in a solid rupture state. Consequently, the program action can be successfully performed on the selected memory cell.

A pre-trained natural language inference (NLI) model is applied on each of the received set of texts and on each of the received set of hypothesis statements. A second text corpus associated with the domain is generated. The generated second text corpus corresponds to a set of labels associated with the domain. A few-shot learning model is applied on the generated second text corpus to generate a third text corpus associated with the domain. The generated third text corpus is configured to fine-tune the applied pre-trained NLI model, and the fine-tuned NLI model is configured to label an input text associated with the domain. A display of the labelled input text on a display device is controlled.
