Abstract: A method includes depositing a dummy semiconductor layer and a first semiconductor layer over a substrate, forming spacers on sidewalls of the dummy semiconductor layer, forming a first epitaxial material in the substrate, exposing the dummy semiconductor layer and the first epitaxial material, where exposing the dummy semiconductor layer and the first epitaxial material includes thinning a backside of the substrate, etching the dummy semiconductor layer to expose the first semiconductor layer, where the spacers remain over and in contact with end portions of the first semiconductor layer while etching the dummy semiconductor layer, etching portions of the first semiconductor layer using the spacers as a mask, and replacing a second epitaxial material and the first epitaxial material with a backside via, the backside via being electrically coupled to a source/drain region of a first transistor.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for overcoming self-incompatibility of diploid potatoes, including: (1) selecting a target fragment; (2) constructing a gene-targeting recombinant vector; (3) achieving a loss-of-function mutation of the intracellular S-RNase gene; (4) regenerating a plurality of potato plants; (5) specifically amplifying a DNA segment containing the target fragment of the S-RNase gene in a regenerated plant; (6) selecting a regenerated plant in which the S-RNase gene is edited; (7) further screening the selected gene-edited plant for a diploid gene-edited plant line; (8) propagating and planting the selected gene-edited plant line, and identifying the self-compatible phenotype at the flowering stage; and (9) sequencing the gene amplification products of the harvested offspring of the self-compatible plant, and detecting the inheritance and isolation of the offspring in which the target gene is edited.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a hollow-core microstructure optical fiber preform, an optical fiber, and a method for manufacturing thereof. An objective of the present disclosure is to introduce a support sheet into a nested structure unit of the hollow-core microstructure optical fiber preform, which not only increases the number of reflection surfaces without increasing the number of nested layers of glass tubes, but also achieves a more accurate positioning by the support sheet and improves manufacturing accuracy as compared to a tangential structure of nested glass tubes, such that the following technical problems, difficulty in controlling a curvature of reflection surfaces, low manufacturing accuracy, large difference between actual loss and theoretical loss, or poor batch consistency, in related anti-resonance optical fibers, caused by increasing the number of layers of nested microstructure units in order to increase the number of reflection surfaces, are solved.

Abstract: A communication method includes a first network device that receives a service packet from a first endpoint device, where a destination media access control (MAC) address of the service packet is a specific local MAC address of a second endpoint device, the specific local MAC address includes an indication prefix and location information, the indication prefix indicates that the specific local MAC address includes the location information, and the location information indicates an access location of an endpoint device in a network. The first network device determines an egress port from a preset routing table based on the location information in the specific local MAC address of the second endpoint device, and sends the service packet through the egress port, where the routing table includes the location information and the egress port corresponding to the location information.

The local edge offloading method includes: an offloading service receiving user plane bearer information sent from a base station, and establishing an offloading user plane instance according to the user plane bearer information; upon reception of an uplink data service package sent from the base station, the offloading service determining whether there is a corresponding offloading user plane instance for the uplink data service package; and in a case where there is a corresponding offloading user plane instance in the uplink data service package, matching the uplink data service package with an offloading matching rule, and determining to forward the uplink data service package to a core network or a local server.
