    Abstract: Security with dynamic privilege level assignment in a hybrid-cloud stack is provided. A request associated with a user is received. For the request, a mapping and an authority structure are retrieved, where the mapping identifies a plurality of services and the authority structure identifies requisite privilege levels of the plurality of services. For the user, an allowed privilege range is retrieved. A current privilege level is set to a minimum privilege level of the allowed privilege range. A requisite privilege level for the request is determined based on the requisite privilege levels of the plurality of services. In response to determining that the current privilege level is less than the requisite privilege level for the request, the current privilege level is escalated based on the allowed privilege range and the requisite privilege level for the request, and the request is processed using the escalated privilege level.

    Abstract: A method for cutting or extracting video clips from a video, including the audio content relevant to points of particular interest, and combining the same for instruction or training on particular points; a computing device applying the method extracts text information from the spoken audio content of a video to be cut and obtains multiple paragraph segmentation positions as candidates for inclusion in a desired and finished presentation by analyzing the information from text representing the spoken audio content, the analysis being carried out by a semantic segmentation model. Candidate items of text are obtained by isolating pieces of text according to the paragraph segmentation positions. Time stamps of the candidate text segments are acquired, and candidate video clips are obtained by cutting the video according to the acquired time stamps.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a sewage treatment process fault monitoring method based on fuzzy width adaptive learning model. Including “offline modeling” and “online monitoring” two stages. “Offline modeling” first uses a batch of normal data and 4 batches of fault data as training samples to train the network offline and label the data. After the network training is completed, the weight parameters are obtained for online monitoring. “Online monitoring” includes: using newly collected data as test data, using the same steps as offline training networks for online monitoring. The output result of online monitoring adopts one-hot encoding to realize zero-one discrimination of the output result of online monitoring, so as to realize fault monitoring. The present invention only needs to increase the number of enhanced nodes, reconstruct in an incremental manner, and does not need to retrain the entire network from the beginning.

    Abstract: The invent relates to an intelligent fault monitoring method based on high-order information enhanced recurrent neural network, for real-time fault monitoring of sewage treatment process. The invent includes two phases of offline modeling and online monitoring. In offline phase, the original data is extracted into high-dimensional high-order information features using OCIA, which can effectively deal with the non Gaussian feature of the data and solve the correlation between variables. Then the extracted features are trained by DRNN. In the online phase, the data are directly mapped to new high-order feature components, and to be discriminated in category by the DRNN network after trained offline. If there is no fault, then the results get into the monitoring model composed of simple OICA for unsupervised monitoring. If no fault is detected, it is determined that there is no fault in the process.

    Abstract: A card reader device which consumes almost no power until a user's access card is presented includes a power source module, a wireless tag reader, a switch module, and a sensor. The switch module can electrically connect and disconnect to the power source module and the wireless tag reader. The sensor can detect a change in a magnetic field caused by proximity of the access card. When the card reader device is not in use, the switch module is turned off, and the power source module does not provide power to the wireless tag reader. When the change in the magnetic field is detected by the sensor, a signal from the sensor turns on the switch module, and the power source module provides power to the wireless tag reader. A related access system employing the card reader device is also disclosed.
