    Abstract: A light panel swapping mechanism between top and side shot photography capable of providing a pure color background for a photographed object captured by a photographic device includes a light panel, a light transmission cover plate, a light emitting module and a base. The light panel has an opening facing the photographic device and the photographed object, a rear surface opposite to the opening and a side surface located between the opening and the rear surface. The light transmission cover plate covers the opening and can be evenly lighted up by the light emitting module disposed in the light panel. The base is pivoted to the side or rear surface, so the light panel can be rotated related to the base between a lying and an upright position. The photographed object can be put on the light transmission cover plate when the light panel is at the lying position.

    Abstract: A driving mechanism with linear clamp for driving a rotatable ring of a lens on a camera to rotate including a base, a driving unit, a slave unit and a clamping unit is provided, wherein the rotatable ring can be a focus ring or a zoom ring. The camera is hold on the base, while the driving unit and the slave unit are glidingly disposed on the base and located at opposite sides of the lens. The driving unit includes at least a driven wheel, and the slave unit includes at least an idler wheel. The clamping unit is disposed on the base for synchronously moving the driving unit and the slave unit toward the lens to let the driven wheel and the idler wheel lean against the rotatable ring in different directions, so the idler wheel will be rotated when the driven wheel drives the rotatable ring to rotate.

    Abstract: A method for marking a rotation center on a spindle-less turntable comprises displaying a preview image of a fixed shooting device on a display device, defining the rotation center according to a moving track of a fixture in the preview image, and pointing a light beam from a centering pointer onto the reference center. A light box and a spindle-less turntable suitable for the method are also provided and comprises a round platter, a driving mechanism and at least a centering pointer. The driving mechanism drives the round platter to rotate around a rotation center from the platter edge. The centering pointer is disposed adjacent to the platter edge to emit a light beam toward the platter surface. The light beam continuously passes through a gap between a photographed object and the round platter and points onto the rotation center during the photographed object is put onto the platter surface.

    Abstract: A grouped photography studio lighting system with software-driven and simultaneous wireless dimming control comprises a wireless remote controller, a computer and several studio lights. The computer includes a software for controlling the wireless remote controller to transmit wireless signal. Each studio light has a receiver for receiving the wireless signal and lights an object according to the wireless signal. The wireless remote controller can switch on or increase a parameter of some studio lights and switch off or decrease the parameter of other studio lights simultaneously when a control mark is under a planar control. The grouped photography studio lighting system can further be used with a photography device and/or a sensor. The photography device is controlled by the computer via a wire or wireless signal. The sensor connects the computer via a wire or wireless signal, and each studio light is controlled according to the sensor detection.

    Abstract: A method of length measurement for 2d photography comprises the following steps. A reference object and a measuring object are respectively photographed to form a reference image and a measuring image, wherein the reference object has a geometrical shape capable of being represented by an area formula saved in a computer with a predetermined size. A background image is separated from the reference image and then the reference image is scanned to obtain a total number of pixels included therein, and a first number of pixels corresponding to a unit length is obtained based on the predetermined size and the area formula. An actual length between any two points of the measuring object image clicked on a screen of the computer can be obtained based on a ratio of a second number of pixels corresponding to the two points to the first number of pixels.

    Abstract: A device for extending and controlling signals of a camera shutter release cable through an isolated switch is provided. A single short signal is generated to a camera shutter release cable by a manual button, another control device or a computer command, and extended into a multiple short signal with well isolation, good stability and enough voltage level through multiple isolated switches, so as to simultaneously activate several cameras connected in parallel to focus and snap. Therefore, it is able to prevent that the voltage levels provided by a single short signal are too low to simultaneously activate all of those cameras connected from the interference between them. Moreover, the foregoing multiple short signal can further be individually, partially or together controlled by a computer, a USB and a CPU, so as to simultaneously activate the cameras connected in parallel to focus and snap rapidly.
