Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for switching between a first path and a second path when certain selection criteria are met. The first path may be a Uu connection whereby the remote UE is connected directly to a network entity. The second path may be a connection whereby the remote UE is connected to the network entity (i.e., indirectly) via a relay UE (e.g., by a PC5 connection).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive synchronization signal block (SSB) related measurement configurations exclusively in a system information block (SIB). The UE may receive SSB frequency lists for idle measurements in both a SIB or a radio resource control (RRC) message, such as an RRC release message. In some examples, the UE may receive SSB related measurement configurations or SSB frequency lists for idle measurements in a SIB and an RRC message. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may receive SSB frequency lists in a SIB and an RRC message, while SSB measurement configurations for SSB frequencies out of a sync raster may exclusively be indicated in the RRC message. The UE may therefore experience improved coverage and reliability and, in some examples, may promote low latency for wireless communications relating to multiple radio access technologies, among other benefits.

The method generally includes determining a configuration of resources for discovery of a relay UE of a plurality of relay UEs, wherein the resources are used by each of the plurality of relay UEs for communication of one or more discovery messages, performing discovery operations to connect with the relay UE in accordance with the configuration, and communicating with a base station through the relay UE after connecting with the relay UE.

Abstract: Co-cured blends of fluoroelastomers of tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer with cure site monomer and terpolymers of Vinylidene fluoride (VDF), Hexafluoropropylene (HFP) and Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with peroxide as initiator and coagent TAIC as crosslinker show improved curing performance, improved mechanical properties and improved compression set as well. The co-cured fluoroelastomers show improved chemical resistance to the solvent aging systems and better retention of mechanical properties after aging at high temperature in the solvents system.

The single descriptor can include a plurality of commands for the multi-plane operation in which the first command of the plurality of commands can be a duplicate of a second command of the plurality of commands based on the first plane being the invalid plane. In some cases, a negative-and (NAND) controller can receive the single descriptor associated with the multi-plane operation for the set of planes of a memory die. The NAND controller can issue a plurality of commands for the multi-plane operation based on receiving the single descriptor.

The partition plate is disposed inside the housing, and they jointly form first space and second space. A pump body includes the pump head and a motor. An inlet of the pump head is located at the bottom of the first space in a gravity direction. The motor is located in the second space. The pump head is configured to transfer refrigerant in the first space to the second space. The liquid inlet is directly connected to the condenser by using a pipeline. The first space is configured to store refrigerant of the data center cooling system.

The UE receives an indication of one or more timers associated with a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment procedure or an RRC connection re-establishment procedure with a network entity via a relay. The UE transmits a request associated with an RRC connection to a second UE to be relayed to the network entity and monitors for a response from the network entity based on the one or more timers associated with the RRC connection establishment procedure or the RRC connection re-establishment procedure via the second UE as the relay.

Abstract: Disclosed are thermal management for electronic devices and, more particularly, to a thermodynamic system with bi-phase fluid circuits which self-organize internal fluid movement to transfer heat from heat absorption zones to heat dissipation zones.
