The decoration layer includes a display region and at least one pattern disposition region, and the touch unit includes a transparent sensing unit extending over the pattern disposition region. The first ink layer is disposed on the touch unit and includes at least one pattern. The first ink layer corresponds to the pattern disposition region. The touch panel structure and related fabrication method have low cost and low productive hours.
