    Abstract: A plastic injection mold for molding a plastic article includes an upper insert and a lower insert. The upper insert and the lower insert match with each other to define an annular mold cavity in between. An annular gate communicates with the mold cavity to allow molten plastic material to flow into the mold cavity to mold the article. An annular runner is connected with the annular gate for injecting molten plastic material to the annular gate. Molten plastic material will evenly flow into the mold cavity of the plastic injection mold through the annular gate to mold the plastic article, which prevents the plastic article from being disfigured, decreasing the number of defective products and improving the product quality.

At least one elastic element is compressibly disposed between and against the cavity plates in such a manner such that the at least two cavity plates are capable of contacting with each other or separating from each other. The second mold is engaged with the first mold for compelling one of the at least two cavity plates to move toward the other cavity plate so that the at least two cavity plates are in contact with each other.

A field adjusting unit performs strong field control when the voltage index is equal to or greater than a predetermined strong field threshold value less than the square wave threshold value. A mode control unit ends the strong field control when a field adjustment command value is equal to or greater than an adjustment command threshold value determined on the basis of a target torque and a voltage/speed ratio in a direction in which field flux is strengthened.
