Abstract: A model training method and a model training system are disclosed. The method includes the following. A first image with an on-image mark is obtained. In response to the on-image mark of the first image, an automatic background replacement is performed on the first image to generate a second image. A background image of the second image is different from a background image of the first image. Training data is generated according to the second image. An image identification model is trained by using the training data.

Abstract: In a system and method for generating a mobile application, a static picture constructing a static object, and first and second pictures associated with an interactive element are defined from multiple digital pictures based on page metadata corresponding to the digital pictures. Transformed static, first and second pictures are generated based on the static, first and second pictures and on their original and corrected specifications. The page metadata, a preview page generated based on the transformed static and first pictures, a background page generated based on the transformed static picture, and the transformed first and second pictures are packaged to generate the mobile application.

Abstract: Design pattern is redefined to focus on its quality focus. An approach, based on object-oriented quality model, is provides to validate if a design pattern answers whether a proposed structural model of the design pattern really resolves quality problems described in intent of the design pattern. A validation approach is proposed to check if the design pattern is well-designed. In addition, a quantitative method is proposed to measure an effectiveness of quality improvement of the design pattern for determining whether the design pattern is applicable to meet functional and quality requirements.

Abstract: A composite rotary-delivery worktable for use in an air container detection system, which is attached to a scanning passage of an air container diction system, said composite rotary-delivery worktable comprising a delivery assembly for carrying and delivering said air container; and a rotary assembly rotatable with a rotation axis, wherein said delivery assembly is attached to said rotary assembly such that said delivery assembly is rotatable with said rotary assembly when said rotary assembly rotates. The composite rotary-delivery worktable of this invention enables large-scale air containers to not only pass the scanning passage but also rotate freely within the scanning passage. This makes it possible to keep the scanning system fixed and stationary, thereby increasing the working reliability of the scanning system and reducing the design difficulty and complexity of the scanning system.

Abstract: A computer security system for protecting a portable computer unit such as personal computers, laptops and PDAs from being taken away or moved by anyone other than the owner when such computer units are being used in the public, comprising a control unit, a motion detector and an alarm device, wherein the motion detector detects any unauthorized movement of the portable computer and generates a motion signal to the control unit. The control unit, which connects to the portable computer unit, activates the alarm device when a motion signal is received from the motion detector, such that an alert signal is produced by the alarm device to scare away anyone who wishes to steal or move the computer and to alert the owner and people around the portable computer unit when the portable computer unit is moved in an unauthorized manner.

Abstract: A computer graphics display system contains a graphics processing unit. A graphics processing unit extracts the display information needed for executing graphics display from system memory via the north bridge according to the graphics display command from the CPU and then processes the display information. The display information is stored directly in the system memory so that the graphics processing unit can directly access the system memory without the use of a graphics buffer. This lowers the system cost.
