  • Patent number: 12074563
Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a design of an inverter and a design of a combiner box, to reduce maintenance costs of a photovoltaic device. According to the inverter or the combiner box provided in the embodiments of this application, when electroluminescence (EL) defect detection is performed on the photovoltaic device, a reverse charging circuit integrated into the inverter or integrated into the combiner box is used to output a direct current to a to-be-tested photovoltaic string of the photovoltaic device. Whether the to-be-tested photovoltaic string has defects is determined based on a light emission status of the to-be-tested photovoltaic string. By using the foregoing designs, maintenance engineers do not need to modify wiring terminals of the photovoltaic device when performing EL defect tests on the photovoltaic device. This helps reduce maintenance costs of the photovoltaic device.

  • Patent number: 11119016
Abstract: A digital image measurement device and method for the surface deformation of specimen based on sub-pixel corner detection is disclosed. This digital image measurement device is composed of a new type of image pressure cell, a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) camera, a camera bracket, a flexible lens hood, a computer and matching measurement software. This method discretizes the specimen into several four-node finite elements by printing grids on the specimen and takes corners of the grids as the nodes of the finite elements; tracks the deformation of the feature points in real time by edge detection and corner detection based on sub-pixel; captures the deformation of the whole surface of the specimen by the two flat mirrors which are at an 120° angle behind the specimen; achieves the observation of the deformation of the whole surface by conducting splicing and error correction on the three images.

  • Publication number: 20180293192
Abstract: A multi-memory collaboration structure based on SPI interface is provided, including a first memory, a second memory, and a control module. In an embodiment, instruction codes of first actuating commands transmitted from the control module to the first memory are different from those of second actuating commands transmitted from the control module to the second memory. In another embodiment, a first actuating command has a preselected instruction code and an alternate instruction code, and a second actuating command has a second instruction code, wherein the preselected instruction code is different from the alternate instruction code, and at least one of the preselected instruction code and the alternate instruction code is different from the second instruction code. Therefore, the invention only requires one chip select port to avoid signal conflict between different memories, thereby effectively reducing the fabrication costs.

  • Publication number: 20170309321
Abstract: A peak current bypass protection control device applicable in MRAM is provided. In a memory unit array formed of a plurality of magnetic memory bit cells, each column of magnetic memory bit cells is connected in parallel with a bypass unit. When the magnetic memory bit cells of the memory unit array are being read/written, at the moment of switching on a switch, the bypass unit connected in parallel to the magnetic memory bit cells allows an instantaneous peak current to be guided out and prevents it from flowing through the magnetic memory bit cells.
