A ratio Z of an area of the stretching vibration peak of the SiH2 bond to an area of the stretching vibration peak of the SiH bond is in a range from 0.01 to 5.0. Within the above defined range, it indicates that the silicon matrix in the anode material mainly exists in the form of SiH bonds.
