Abstract: The present invention relates to photo processing. Disclosed is a method for processing photos from multiple sources and its apparatus. In the present invention, the method of processing photos from multiple sources include: obtaining photo files from at least two sources; for the obtained photo files, merging the photo files originating from the same primitive photo into one photo object for post-processing in the unit of photo objects, each photo object contains pointer(s) to the photo file(s) corresponding with the photo object. In the present invention, while substantial contents of photo files from different sources are identical, the photo files are merged into one photo object, then users can operate in the unit of photo objects, a system automatically processes respective files of the photo objects according to different operation types, and users do not need to care about the detail of the level of the photo files, such as the sources of the photo files etc., which simplifies the user operations.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer device comprising a detector for detecting a user's eye and a processor. The processor is configured to determine if the position of the user's eye is kept in a zone for a first time period, and if the position of the user's eye is kept in the zone for the first time period, suspend for a second time period detecting the user's eye and determining the position of the user's eye.

Abstract: It is provided a method for providing mono-vision in a multi-view system comprising at least two views of the same scene and at least one viewing zone, wherein, each viewing zone is provided with two views, and the at least two views are arranged in a way that two adjacent views among the at least two views are provided to each viewing zone so as to provide stereo-vision. The method comprises the steps of receiving an instruction requesting a viewing zone to provide mono-vision; and rearranging the at least two views in a way that two views provided to the viewing zone that provides mono-vision are of the same view as one among the at least two views. An apparatus thereof is also provided.

Abstract: A method is provided for detecting gesture inputs in response to a consecutive reciprocating movement before a detecting device, wherein, the consecutive reciprocating movement is made of a first type of gesture and a second type of gesture, each capable of being recognized by the detecting device to output a different control signal. The method comprises the steps of receiving the consecutive reciprocating movement starting with a first type of gesture among the two types, wherein, the first type of gesture and the second type of gesture occur alternately, and outputting control signals corresponding to the first type of gesture with times number equaling to the number of the first of type gesture contained within the consecutive reciprocating movement.

Abstract: The present invention provides method and apparatus of PUSH & PULL gesture recognition in 3D system. The method comprising determining whether the gesture is PUSH or PULL as a function of distances from the object performing the gesture to the cameras and the characteristics of moving traces of the object in the image planes of the two cameras.
