Abstract: An internal circulation type clathrate hydrate-based cold storage system and method are provided in the field of industrial refrigeration. The internal circulation type clathrate hydrate-based cold storage system includes a water chilling unit, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, a gas disturbance device, a concentration measurement system, a heat exchange system, a direct-current power supply and circuit control system, and a system monitoring device. The water chilling unit provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through an evaporator coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for a heat exchange. The gas disturbance device induces hydrate nucleation. The concentration measurement system monitors a concentration of a hydrate solution in real time. The heat exchange system is equipped with a finned tube heat exchanger with a fan.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes, for each of a set of training dates: receiving, for each of a sequence of dates including the training date, an input data array representing values of a predetermined set of date-dependent features; receiving a target output corresponding to an evaluation of a predetermined metric at the training date; and performing an update routine including processing the input data array for each date using first layers of a neural network, processing a resulting intermediate data array using second layers of the neural network to generate a network output, and updating values of parameters of the neural network in in a direction of a negative gradient of an error between the target output and the network output. The data processing system is then arranged to generate an embedding array by processing an input data array for each of a given sequence of dates using the first layers of the neural network.

The ceramic is prepared by sintering Ta2O5 powder and x types of different RE2O3 powder, 4?x?9, and the molar ratio of the RE2O3 powders is 1. RE2O3 powder and Ta2O5 powder having the molar ratio of RE to Ta being 1:1 are weighed, a solvent is added for mixing, and ball milling is performed by a ball mill to obtain mixed powder M; the powder M is dried at a temperature of 650-850° C. for 1.5-2 h to obtain dried powder; the powder is sieved to obtain powder N, the powder N is placed in a mold for first pressing to obtain a rough blank, and the rough blank is then pressed for the second time to obtain a compact blank; the compact blank is sintered to obtain the high-entropy rare earth-toughened tantalate ceramic.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of CO2 geological sequestration, and provides a whole-process multi-parameter monitoring device and method for simulating CO2 geological sequestration and use thereof. A large-scale reactor body is developed, and a geological reservoir at a depth of 800 to 3000 meters is simulated. A modular built-in model device is researched and developed, a multi-type and variable-structure reservoir remodeling technology is developed, and mutual coupling of modules can be achieved. The design idea of separating the pressure reactor from the built-in sample model is adopted in the device. The confining pressure, the pore pressure, the temperature gradient, and the axial load of the device can be independently controlled through a temperature control mechanism and a loading mechanism respectively, so that the restoration of the state of in-situ stresses in the reservoir is realized.

Abstract: A power supply including three feedback loops: an inner voltage loop, an outer voltage loop, and a current sharing loop. The inner voltage loop is the primary regulation/conversion loop that generates the power supply output voltage. The outer voltage loop monitors the voltage at a second node that is remote relative to the power supply output which is compared to a reference. The output of the comparison is then filtered, limited, and then the output of the limiter is provided to a selector. The current sharing loop receives an indicator of output current for the power supply compared to a reference, which is the largest one of all paralleled supplies. The comparison is then filtered, limited, and then the output of the limiter is also provided to the selector. The selector output is used to offset the feedback parameter of the inner voltage loop.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods for expanding activated T cells to produce T cells with less differentiated status and enhanced in vivo persistence after adoptive transfer. Activated T cells suitable for the methods include, e.g., progenitor exhausted (Tim3?TCF-1+), stem memory, and central memory T cells. The invention also provides methods for identifying progenitor exhausted T cells specific to an antigen. Further, the invention provides progenitor exhausted T cells, pharmaceutical compositions, and kits as well as methods for the treatment of cancer or infection using the same.

A wireless communication device (e.g., a PDCP entity at a wireless communication device) can calculate a current PDCP count of a current PDCP PDU of a plurality of PDCP PDUs received from a radio link control (RLC) sublayer based on a PDCP sequence number (SN) of the current PDCP PDU and an HFN of a first missing PDCP PDU after a successfully received PDCP PDU. The PDCP count may be calculated using the HFN of the first missing PDCP PDU in response to a gap between the PDCP count of the first missing PDCP PDU and the actual PDCP count of the current PDCP PDU being greater than a PDCP window size.
