Abstract: Disclosed is a targeted delivery system for a hydrophobic antitumor drug, referring to conjugates of E-selectin polypeptide ligand-polyethylene glycol-antitumor drug connected by different link bridges containing disulfide bonds. The synthesis of the conjugates, antitumor activity evaluation, the particle size and morphology characteristics of nanoparticles self-assembled by the conjugates in an aqueous solution, and the release of the antitumor drug in different conditions are comprised. The conjugates can actively target at vessels of a tumor site by the E-selectin peptide ligand, and can also self-assemble into nanoparticles in an aqueous solution, so as to be passively targeted at the tumor site by EPR effect.

Abstract: Provided in the present disclosure are method, device, and apparatus of regulating a website load. The method includes: determining, by a server, a current load level of a website according to a current load of the website and a target value of the website load; and adjusting, by the server, login time of a client to regulate the website load according to the determined current load level of the website. The present disclosure enables load regulation of a website at an entry point of a site or a key service, thus improving user experience.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing an online application database and application search. Search queries for applications are received from users. Unfulfilled queries are stored in memory. The platform identifies one or more application features based on the search queries within the stored unfulfilled queries, and generates an application build recommendation specifying the one or more application features. The application build recommendation is output to one or more developer accounts. If a new application is received, the platform may determine whether the new application contains features that sufficiently correspond to the features in one of the application build recommendations. User accounts that submitted the unfulfilled queries that served as the basis for the matching application build recommendation may be notified of the availability of the new application.

Abstract: A method for recycling plastic such as plastic toys includes grinding the plastic into plastic pieces, sorting the plastic pieces based on type of plastic, sorting the plastic pieces based on colour, after sorting of the plastic pieces, shredding the sorted plastic pieces into plastic flakes, and processing the plastic flakes into a recycled good by means of rotational moulding. During the rotational moulding, a micronized plastic is added.

Abstract: A planar transformer, a power conversion circuit, and an adapter, is provided to improve noise suppression performance. The planar transformer includes a magnetic core and a printed circuit board (PCB) winding board, where the PCB winding board includes a primary winding, a secondary winding, a shielding winding, and a compensation winding. In embodiments of this disclosure, the shielding winding and the compensation winding that has a plurality of turns of coils are disposed between the primary winding and the secondary winding of the planar transformer. The shielding winding can shield electric field coupling between the primary winding and the secondary winding, thereby suppressing a noise current between the primary winding and the secondary winding. Common mode noise generated by the compensation winding cancels common mode noise flowing to the secondary winding or the primary winding, to minimize common mode noise of an entire system.

Abstract: A nucleic acid detection host includes a host body, a detection kit installation area, a sample heating area, a sampling groove, a heating structure, and an image collection unit. The detection kit installation area is configured to detachably install a nucleic acid detection kit. The sampling groove is disposed on the detection kit installation area and is connected to the detection kit installation area. The heating structure is configured to heat the nucleic acid detection kit to perform a PCR amplification reaction and an electrophoretic detection. The image collection unit is configured to collect an image of the nucleic acid detection kit. A nucleic acid detection device including the nucleic acid detection host is also disclosed. The nucleic acid detection device has a simple structure, which is portable, flexible, and convenient, and can be used at home.

Abstract: A nucleic acid detection kit includes a kit body, a detection chip disposed in the kit body, and an electrophoresis box disposed outside of the kit body. The detection chip comprises a channel and is connected to the electrophoresis box. A microbead of testable material in solution undergoes a PCR amplification reaction, an electrophoretic process, and is fluoresced for highlighting, images of elements made fluorescent can be taken and displayed. A nucleic acid detection device which can receive the nucleic acid detection kit is also disclosed. The nucleic acid detection device has a simple structure suitable for home use, being portable, flexible, and convenient.

Abstract: A cap assembly of a power battery comprises: a cap plate, a first electrode terminal provided to the cap plate, and a resistance member electrically connected to the cap plate and the first electrode terminal. The resistance member comprises: a heat-resistant insulating base body positioned between the cap plate and the first electrode terminal; and a heat-resistant metal layer provided to a circumferential side of the heat-resistant insulating base body. The heat-resistant metal layer and the cap plate and the first electrode terminal are electrically connected to form a conductive path. The formed conductive path is a curved path, therefore the resistance value of the resistance member can be controlled by controlling the conductive path.

The method includes following operations: determining state information of a color temperature control switch according to an application that is currently opened; playing an HDR film source on the application according to a color temperature of a display screen when the state information is on; and playing the HDR film source according to a color temperature corresponding to the application when the state information is off. Moreover, the buyer may wish to receive a notification when a shipping event has occurred in order to remain informed regarding the shipping status of their package without actively checking the package's status with the carrier. In some embodiments, there is provided a computer-implemented system and method that obtains a tracking identifier for a package, transmits the tracking identifier to a carrier's computing interface (e.g. the carrier's API), receives back an indication of the most recent shipping event, predicts the time of a next shipping event at least based on the most recent shipping event, and retransmits the tracking identifier to the computing interface based on the predicted time of the next shipping event.

Abstract: A carbon-coated transition metal nanocomposite material includes carbon-coated transition metal particles having a core-shell structure. The shell layer of the core-shell structure is a graphitized carbon layer doped with oxygen and/or nitrogen, and the core of the core-shell structure is a transition metal nanoparticle. The nanocomposite material has a structure rich in mesopores, is an adsorption/catalyst material with excellent performance, can be used for catalyzing various hydrogenation reduction reactions, or used as a catalytic-oxidation catalyst useful for the treatment of volatile organic compounds in industrial exhaust gases.

The method may include receiving service request information from a passenger of a passenger terminal device. The service request information may include a departure location of the passenger. The method may further include acquiring historical service request information related to the passenger; and determining travel-route-related information based at least in part on the departure location of the passenger and the historical service request information.
