Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sample extraction device, which includes a plurality of chambers arranged on a pedestal. The chamber includes a plurality of first chambers and two mixing chambers. The pedestal is internally provided with a first passage for communicating the two mixing chambers, and a sample extraction chamber is arranged in the first passage. The pedestal is further internally provided with a second passage for transfer and export of a liquid, and connection or disconnection between the two mixing chambers and the second passage is controlled by a valve. Sample extraction processes of the above technical solutions are carried out in a fully enclosed device, avoiding contamination of samples and extraction reagents by external environments, and avoiding environmental contamination caused by aerosols generated during the sample extraction processes. The sample extraction device is particularly suitable for extraction of highly pathogenic samples.

The processing device determines a difference between the first combined reliability statistic and the second combined reliability statistic and, responsive to the difference between the first combined reliability statistic and the second combined reliability statistic satisfying a threshold criterion, performs a corrective action on the block of the memory device.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an urban traffic velocity estimation method based on multi-source crowd sensing data. This method, based on roadside pedestrian data and road navigation data collected by smart phones, obtains a final estimated velocity through the steps of missing data filling, self-view velocity aggregation and multi-view velocity fusion. This fine-grained large-scale urban traffic velocity estimation method can achieve velocity estimation on all types of roads, including suburban road sections and paths, instead of just focusing on main roads in a city center. According to the present invention, based on data driving, the urban traffic velocity estimation method does not need to install additional devices on roads, and is low in cost and high in universality. Compared with the prior art, the urban traffic velocity estimation method has higher practicability, theoretical property and applicability, and is of great significance for improving traffic management and planning.

The machine learning model comprises a first sub-model configured to capture semantic audio information and output an audio spatial feature map xas(1). The machine learning model comprises a second sub-model configured to extract visual features xvs and audio features xas and further configured to obtain a question vector xq. The machine learning model comprises a third sub-model configured to capture audio-visual correspondence at a granular level. A balanced AVQA dataset is created. The balanced AVQA dataset comprises balanced answer distribution in each question category. The machine learning model is trained to answer questions about visual objects, sounds, and their associations in videos using at least a subset of the balanced AVAQ dataset.

Abstract: A method for re-recognizing an object image is provided based on multi-feature information capture and correlation analysis weights of an input feature map by using a convolutional layer with a spatial attention mechanism and a channel attention mechanism, causing channel and spatial information to effectively combined, which not only focus on an important feature and suppress an unnecessary feature, but also improve a representation of a feature. A multi-head attention mechanism is used to process a feature after an image is divided into blocks to capture abundant feature information and determine a correlation between features to improve performance and efficiency of object image retrieval. The convolutional layer with the channel attention mechanism and the spatial attention mechanism is combined with a transformer having the multi-head attention mechanism to focus on globally important features and capture fine-grained features, thereby improving performance of re-recognition.
