    Abstract: A switched-capacitor coupled-inductor converter includes a converter, and near- and far-end power conversion units connected in parallel between positive and negative input interfaces. An output capacitor is arranged between the output interfaces. Each of the near- and far-end power conversion units include power switches Q1-Q3 and Q4-Q6 connected in series. The converter includes two coupled inductors having a same number of turns. An undotted terminal of one coupled inductor is connected to a dotted terminal of the other coupled inductor. A capacitor C1 is arranged between a node between Q1 and Q4 of the near-end power conversion unit and a ground terminal node of Q3 of the far-end power conversion unit. A capacitor C2 equal to the capacitor C2 is arranged at a node between a ground terminal node of Q4 of the near-end power conversion unit and Q2 of the far-end power conversion unit.

    Abstract: A method for measuring activation energy of a catalyst is disclosed, which includes obtaining a resonant frequency change-time curve using an integrated self-heating resonant cantilever (100), converting the resonant frequency change-time curve into a resonant frequency change-temperature curve, converting the resonant frequency change-temperature curve into a coverage-temperature curve, obtaining a coverage change rate-temperature curve by performing first-order differentiation on the coverage-temperature curve, obtaining relevant parameters corresponding to local minimum values from the coverage change rate-temperature curve, and substituting the relevant parameters into calculation formulas to obtain a desorption rate constant of the catalyst and a desorption activation energy of the catalyst. It can be seen that the present disclosure simply requires programmed heating in terms of operating on the samples, which is fast and convenient.

    Abstract: A power conversion system, including resonant capacitor, transformer, and proximal and distal power conversion units connected in parallel between positive and negative input interfaces. The transformer includes a primary and two secondary windings with a same number of turns.     Abstract: An alkaline negative electrolyte and alkaline zinc-iron flow battery assembled by same are provided. The alkaline negative electrolyte includes zinc ions, a complexing agent, and alkali; the complexing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, ethylene glycol diethyl ether diamine tetraacetic acid, cyclohexane tetraacetic acid, and ethylenediamine tetrapropionic acid; a molar ratio of the zinc ions to the complexing agent is 1:1; and a molar ratio of the complexing agent to the alkali is 1:(3-4). The zinc ions in the negative electrolyte are in form of a complex state, which is used as the negative electrolyte to assemble and obtain the alkaline zinc-iron flow battery, solves the problem of electrolyte migration in alkaline zinc-iron flow battery and improves the cycling stability of the battery; moreover, it improves the low-temperature performance of the battery, and broadens the operating temperature range of alkaline zinc-iron flow battery.

    Abstract: A method for enhancing a solubility of a plant protein includes: mixing a plant protein and water, and adjusting the pH value of a resulting mixture of the plant protein and water to 10-12 for dissolution of the plant protein, thereby obtaining a swollen plant protein; treating the swollen plant protein through ion exchange until the pH value of the mixture is 7-8, and filtering the mixture, to yield a first supernatant; separating the first supernatant to yield a second supernatant; and drying the second supernatant, to yield a modified plant protein whose solubility is higher than that of the raw plant protein.

    Abstract: In an energy harvesting system, a power extraction circuit extracts electrical power from an environmental power source susceptible of providing a level of power that fluctuates. An electrical power storage device stores the electrical power extracted from the environmental power source by the power extraction circuit. A sensing circuit provides an indication of a level of power that the power extraction circuit can extract from the environmental power source. A controlled switch circuit electrically decouples the power extraction circuit from the electrical power storage device when the indication indicates that the level of power that the power extraction circuit can extract from the environmental power source is insufficient for the power extraction circuit to charge the electrical power storage device. This prevents leakage of harvested power.
