Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mounting stand which is configured for mounting a component on the floor or on the wall comprising a bracket, at least two rotating rackets connected to the fixing bracket separately and being on opposite sides of the fixing bracket, and a back plate detachably disposed on the fixing bracket and the at least two rotating brackets. The present disclosure further provides a battery assembly and an energy storage system comprising the mounting stand. The mounting stand is adapted for conveniently accepting a floor-mounted method and a wall-mounted method.

The fire extinguishing system includes a spray fire extinguishing system and a fire monitor-based fire extinguishing system, where the spray fire extinguishing system includes a first fire pipe and a spray pipe; the fire monitor-based fire extinguishing system includes a second fire pipe and a fire monitor; one fire monitor is disposed right above a firewall on both sides of each converter transformer in the UHV converter station, and each fire monitor is connected to one second fire pipe; a spray pipe is disposed on the firewall on both sides of each converter transformer; and the fire monitor corresponding to each converter transformer, and an outlet of the spray pipe connected to the first fire pipe corresponding to each converter transformer face the converter transformer.

The method includes: receiving a D-SACK message corresponding to a first data packet of a target data; searching an out-of-order value prediction table stored locally for an out-of-order prediction value of the first data packet, where the out-of-order prediction value is a out-of-order value of a network determined according to a reception status of data packets of the target data when resending the first data packet; and setting a current out-of-order value of the network according to the out-of-order prediction value of the first data packet. By adopting the present disclosure, network transmission resources can be saved.
