The method includes: splitting a feature image to be loaded into the cache unit into a plurality of sub-feature images; determining a target cache line corresponding to each of the sub-feature images in each of the cache lines according to a positional relationship of each of the sub-feature images in the feature image; wherein target cache lines corresponding to at least two sub-feature images with the same positional relationship are located in the same cache set, and target cache lines corresponding to at least two sub-feature images with an adjacent positional relationship are located in different cache sets; loading a data content of each of the sub-feature images into the target cache line corresponding to each of the sub-feature images.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a texture sampling method and apparatus based on merge processing of texel requests. The present disclosure merges target texel requests in the same cache line together, which reduces the number of cache hit tests. A pressure on the cache of next level to process texel requests may be significantly reduced, and the speed of texture sampling may be increased. The method includes: creating a texture sampling request, where the texture sampling request includes a pixel to be processed; obtaining multiple target texel requests based on pixel coordinates of the pixel to be processed; performing a merge processing on the multiple target texel requests according to a preset rule, and obtaining a merge table of texel requests; sequentially performing cache hit tests on the multiple target texel requests to obtain target texels based on the valid cache lines in the merge table of texel requests.

    Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for impact sensing and recording. In one embodiment, an impact recording sensor includes an impulse sensing system configured to sense impacts experienced by the impact recording sensor in three dimensions and a microcontroller unit (MCU) configured to obtain impact data from the impulse sensing system and store an impact data set including the impact data in memory in response to an impact experienced by the impact recording sensor. The impact recording sensor may also include a rechargeable power source configured to supply power to the MCU. In another embodiment, an impact recording system includes and impact recording sensor and a control interface unit configured to communicatively couple with the impulse recording sensor. The control interface unit may be configured to download impact data set stored in memory of the impulse recording sensor.
