The mass ratio of the docetaxel to the carrier is further optimized by adjusting a mass ratio of polyester to polyether in the methoxypolyethylene glycol polylactide block copolymer. The encapsulation efficiency of a docetaxel micelle prepared by the block copolymer after being re-dissolved by water can be greater than 90% at 12 hours.
