    Abstract: Provided are a yaw brake pad and a method of producing the same, which relate to the technical field of friction material. The yaw brake pad is prepared from, by weight, the following main ingredients: 70-75 parts of polyether ether ketone, 10-20 parts of carbon fiber, 3-5 parts of glass fiber and 3-5 of graphite. It alleviates the technical problem that the metal-based friction materials generally for producing current international and domestic yaw brake pads are likely to rust, harmful to dual discs, and produce screechy. It has not only significantly improved mechanical properties and high temperature tolerance, much lower hardness, less wear to dual discs, and lower noise, but also improved friction stability and adaptability to working conditions, and thus can effectively satisfy the demand of the wind driven generator for yaw braking at a low speed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of catalysts, and provides a porous layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing silica microspheres, a transition metal salt and an elemental chalcogen, and pressing to obtain a tablet, the silica microspheres having a same or different particle diameters; and (2) sintering the tablet under hydrogen, and removing the silica microspheres to obtain the porous layered TMD. The porous layered TMD prepared by the method of the present invention has a high lattice edge exposure, which provides more active sites and higher catalytic activity, so the porous layered TMD can effectively catalyze the oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes or sulfides to sulfoxides under visible light irradiation.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a micro-electro-mechanical system silicon on insulator (MEMS SOI) pressure sensor and a method for preparing the same. The pressure sensor includes a bulk silicon layer, a buried oxide layer, a substrate, a varistor, a passivation layer, and an electrode layer. The varistor is obtained by means of photolithography and ion implantation on a device layer of an SOI wafer. The passivation layer is SiO2 formed by means of annealing treatment on the SOI wafer. An annealing atmosphere is one of pure O2, a gas mixture of O2/H2O, a gas mixture of O2/NO, a gas mixture of O2/HCl, and a gas mixture of O2/CHF3. By means of the annealing treatment, the damage to a surface of the buried oxide layer as a result of over-etching during formation of the varistor by means of photolithography is eliminated and the unstability of the sensor caused by body and interface defects of the passivation layer and trapped charges thereof is resolved.
