    Abstract: A pump body assembly, fluid machinery, and a heat exchange device. The pump body assembly includes: at least two structure members; a cylinder (20) disposed between the two structure members; and a piston assembly disposed in the cylinder (20). The piston assembly includes a piston sleeve (40) and a piston (50) slidably disposed in the piston sleeve (40); an upper end surface of the piston sleeve (40) fits and is limited by a lower end surface of one structure member disposed above the piston sleeve (40), so as to prevent the piston sleeve (40) from displacing along a radial direction relative to the one structure member, thereby effectively solving a problem in prior art that working efficiency of the pump body assembly is affected because the piston sleeve (40) of the pump body assembly is prone to eccentrically rotate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an oil line structure of a compressor and compressor, wherein the oil line structure of a compressor including: a spindle, an upper flange and a rolling bearing, wherein an interior of the rolling bearing encloses a cylinder cavity for performing compression, and the rolling bearing comprises a rolling body; wherein the spindle is internally provided with a spindle oil hole, and the upper flange is provided with an upper oil groove which is in communication with the spindle oil hole to guide an oil into the rolling body so as to lubricate the same. In this way, the heat generated by friction of the rolling body is discharged in time, so as to prevent a temperature rise in the bearing and reduce the wear, thereby improving the energy efficiency value of the compressor and ensuring normal operation of the compressor.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a compressor and exhaust structure thereof. The exhaust structure includes a cylinder, an upper flange and a lower flange respectively provided on an upper side and a lower side of the cylinder, and a main shaft having a sliding vane mounting portion. The sliding vane mounting portion of the main shaft is provided with at least two sliding vanes. A rotary plate is provided between the sliding vane mounting portion and at least one of the upper flange and the lower flange; the rotary plate is fixedly connected with the main shaft, and provided with exhaust openings and exhaust valves configured to control opening/closing of respective exhaust openings. The exhaust structure of the compressor is capable of avoiding a problem that a valve plate is prone to fatigue damages, while also increasing the operating frequency and a maximum refrigerating capacity of the compressor.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a sliding vane compressor and an exhaust structure thereof. The exhaust structure of the sliding vane compressor includes: an exhaust hole, the exhaust hole being formed in a flange of the sliding vane compressor and being in communication with a compression cavity of a cylinder of the sliding vane compressor; a guide channel, the guide channel being formed on the flange and penetrating through the flange; and an exhaust channel, the exhaust channel being formed on an eccentric circle of the sliding vane compressor, and the exhaust channel being used for communicating the compression cavity with the guide channel using the rotation of the eccentric circle. The sliding vane compressor and the exhaust structure thereof have a small exhaust loss, thereby effectively reducing the power consumption and the production and manufacturing costs of the sliding vane compressor.
