    Abstract: A system for UAV collaborative coverage path planning based on a Q-learning adaptive ant colony algorithm including a memory, an image collection device, and a plurality of UAVs loaded with a path planning module configured to: construct a 3D model in a collaborative coverage environment, by performing a cell division on the 3D model based on a scanning range of an airborne radar of each UAV, obtain one or more sub-regions; by establishing constraints of the UAV and the environment based on the determined 3D model of the region to be searched, establish a problem total cost model; perform a plurality of rounds of iterations, calculate a reward value of each ant colony and determine whether a maximum iteration count is reached, if the maximum iteration count is reached, enter a new round of iteration, otherwise, output a path corresponding to a current round of iteration as a final path.

    Abstract: A broadband super-Rayleigh speckle correlated imaging spectral camera based on dispersion compensation is provided. The imaging scheme comprises, but is not limited to, a pre-compensation scheme, a post-compensation scheme, or a pre-post joint compensation scheme. The device comprises components such as a pre-imaging module, a light filter, a phase modulation module, a relay imaging module, an area array detector, and a computer. According to the present invention, the super-Rayleigh speckle modulation in a broadband is realized by matchining the dispersion characteristic of the pre-imaging module or the relay imaging module with the phase modulation module, which is applied to the correlated imaging spectral camera, so that the imaging quality of the correlated imaging spectral camera at a low signal-to-noise ratio is improved.

    Abstract: A photoresist-free optical patterning method for colloidal nanocrystals in a green solvent is provided. A photosensitive ligand structurally similar to the green solvent is introduced to successfully disperse nanocrystals in the green solvent and complete direct photolithography on the nanocrystals. Photosensitive nanocrystals obtained through ligand exchange can be effectively dispersed in the green solvent to absorb spectra emitted by the green solvent, thereby preserving about 90% of photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) while keeping the morphology and size unchanged. The present invention solves the problem that nanocrystals cannot be subject to direct photolithography in the green solvent, and is expected to be applied to the commercialization of nanocrystals in the field of electroluminescent and photoluminescent quantum dot displays.

The composite negative electrode material includes an amorphous carbon matrix, pre-lithiated silicon monoxide particles and graphene materials; the graphene materials are uniformly coated on the outer surface of the pre-lithiated silicon monoxide to form composite particles; and the composite particles are uniformly dispersed in the amorphous carbon matrix. According to the present invention, the silicon monoxide particles are pre-lithiated to greatly improve the initial coulombic efficiency (ICE) of the silicon-based negative electrode material; the graphene materials greatly improve the mechanical performance and conductivity of the composite materials due to the light weight, high strength and excellent conductivity thereof.
