    Abstract: A system and a method are described for a dynamic seal around a drill stem that moves into or out of water carrying, drilling fluid carrying or hydrocarbon carrying wells. The sealing arrangement (10) comprises an elongated sealing unit (30) that is arranged to envelop the drill stem (16), and a receiver unit (40) that is mounted to said existing equipment on the well and which is arranged to receive the elongated sealing unit (30), and that internal pressure support is provided in the sealing arrangement, at least corresponding to the surrounding pressure, to provide a dynamic seal around the drill stem (16).
