Abstract: The invention relates to a device for reusing a strip of residue skin after drilling out grafts for the formation of additional grafts. The device comprises a support beam for supporting the strip of skin, equipped with elevated and recessed portions which are adapted to the shape of the strip of skin and in such a manner that two successive elevated or recessed portions define an area in the strip of skin which has to be cut up to form a graft. The invention also comprises a method wherein the strip of skin is placed on the support bar, a graft is excised by means of a cutting tool and it is transferred from the support bar to a magazine. The support bar, the magazine and the cutting tool are then moved relative to one another, thus making a new area of the strip of skin accessible to the cutting tool and a new receptacle in the magazine is provided in alignment with the said area.

Abstract: The invention relates to a skin support (19) for use in connection with the excision of grafts (2a) from a piece of skin (2), where the piece of skin (2) is attached to a frame (1) and the graft (2a) is excised from the piece of skin (2) by means of a hollow drill (9). The skin support (19) is arranged to abut against the piece of skin (2) and is movable relative to the frame (1). The skin support (19) further comprises devices for controlling the skin support's (19) movement automatically, and in such a manner that at least a section (20) of the skin support (19) is moved towards the frame (1) when the hollow drill (9) approaches the frame, the section (20) remains stationary relative to the frame (1) while the hollow drill (9) penetrates the piece of shin (2) and it is moved away from the frame (1) when the hollow drill (9) is removed therefrom.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container link for use in connection with drill-out, excision and implantation of hair grafts, wherein the link comprises a receptacle with a substantially cylindrical cavity for reception and storage of a graft. The invention is characterized in that the link is equipped with complementary connecting devices on opposite sides of the receptacle, the devices being designed for releasable connection with corresponding connecting devices. The invention also involves a container which is provided by means of such links.
