    Abstract: An engine brake system and a method for controlling the exhaust gas pressure of an exhaust system for a vehicle provided with an engine are provided. The system includes a main exhaust gas conduit connected to the turbine of a turbo arrangement and an Exhaust Pressure Governor (EPG) which is used to create a backpressure in the exhaust system so as to function as an engine brake. The turbo arrangement includes a Variable Geometry Turbine (VGT). The Exhaust Pressure Governor is located in a bypass conduit which is connected to the main exhaust conduit upstream the connection to the turbine of the turbo arrangement and the main exhaust conduit includes a valve arrangement downstream the bypass conduit connection for closing the main exhaust conduit. According to the method for controlling the system, the flow passage through the main conduit is open and the flow through the bypass conduit is closed in response to an output control indicating that no engine braking is desired.

In one implementation, the rotary disk filter may comprise at least one disk-shaped filter member which on the outside of the drum extends outwards in the transverse direction of the drum, and which has a filter support and at least one filter portion supported thereby. A first liquid duct may extend from the drum through the filter member and out through the filter portion. The filter portion may be made of filter segments, which are detachably secured to the filter support. At least one second liquid duct may extend between adjoining filter segments to provide liquid communication between the filter segments.

The scanning is performed by a line laser scanner whose results are used to generate a virtual surface that represents the area that has been scanned. The virtual surface is compared to a pre-defined virtual object corresponding to an object to be picked from the carrier, whereby a part of the virtual surface that matches the pre-defined virtual object is identified. A robot arm is then caused to move to a location corresponding to the identified part of the virtual surface and pick up an object from the carrier at this location.

The drive means for the lifting forks comprise a motor and a freewheel clutch for lifting and lowering the lifting forks, so that the lowering movement for both sets of lifting forks is automatically and individually adapted to their pulling-out movement when they rest on the underlying bale, although the speed of the drive motors which operate in a synchronized manner need not be controlled.
