  • Patent number: 10974490
Abstract: A large lightweight molded coffin comprises a large pulp molded outer shell lined with a reinforcing spacer material such as single faced Re-board®, a honeycomb structure or a molded spacer material conforming to and adhering to said shell and an inner shell made of molded pulp or a paper based material. A method for manufacturing such a lightweight coffin involves pressing slurried pulp between a first male mold half covered with elastomeric material and a second female mold half, to form the molded pulp shell, and gluing the reinforcing spacer material to the interior of said outer molded pulp shell and the inner shell.

Date of Patent: April 13, 2021
    Assignee: ORGANOCLICK AB
Inventors: Per Sundblad, Torbjörn Hansson, Tommy Ollevik, Mårten Hellberg
  • Patent number: 10711404
Abstract: Press for making large molded pulp objects, which has a raisable and lowerable male mold half, perforated for suction dewatering after dipping into a pulp slurry. The molding surface of said male mold half is coated with an elastomer to preserve even surface contact with the molded pulp object during compression and during thermal expansion or contraction of said mold halves. Advantageous embodiments include vacuum distribution troughs beneath the elastomer layer in the male mold half, multiple wire mesh layers on top of the perforated elastomer layer, and slight lateral adjustability of the otherwise stationary female mold half.

  • Publication number: 20180171561
Abstract: A large lightweight 3-D shaped molded pulp material, for example a container, comprising a large pulp molded outer shell lined with a reinforcing core spacer material, conforming to and adhering to said shell, and an inner shell made of molded pulp or a flexible paper based material. A method for manufacturing such a lightweight material involves pressing slurried pulp between a first male mold half covered with elastomeric material and a second female mold half, to form the molded pulp outer shell, and gluing the reinforcing core spacer material to the interior of said molded pulp shell and gluing the inner shell to said spacer material.

  • Publication number: 20170134968
Abstract: A first radio network node (120) and a method therein for managing information relating to a property of the first radio network node (120) as well as a second radio network node (121) and a method therein for managing information relating to a property of the first radio network node (120) are disclosed. The first radio network node (120) generates the information relating to the property based one or more criteria causing a change of the information relating to the property. The first radio network node (120) sends, to the second radio network node (121), the information relating to the property while using a dynamic routing protocol for distributing states of links in a transmission network (102), wherein the transmission network (102) is an underlay network to a radio access network (101). The radio access network (101) comprises the first radio network node (120) and the second radio network node (121). The second radio network node (121) operates based on the information relating to the property.

  • Publication number: 20090321297
Abstract: A compression-moulded tray of fibre material, said tray being formed of fibre material in a compression method, from a suspension of mechanical pulp of cellulose. The formed tray has been formed by press-drying using heat to a dry content of 80-95%, preferably 90-95%, and the fibre material of the formed tray has a density in the order of 400-650 kg/m3. The inside of the tray is provided with a protective barrier.
