  • Publication number: 20230268562
Abstract: A flexible battery terminal for an electric vehicle is provided that permits a greater range of permissible connection orientations between, for example, a PCB and a battery cell.
    Type: Application
    Filed: February 21, 2023
    Publication date: August 24, 2023
    Applicant: BSL CH AG
    Inventors: Perry Jones, Noamaan Siddiqi
  • Publication number: 20050135185
Abstract: A method of forming a mixture of two or more elements for discharge from a vessel. The change in the volume of the mixture in the vessel, as well as the flow of at least one of the elements and the mixture are measured so that the flow of an unmeasured element into the vessel can be calculated.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 5, 2004
    Publication date: June 23, 2005
Inventors: Alan Duell, Paul Brown, Perry Jones, Troy Bachman, Rodney McCauley, Joseph Maxson
  • Publication number: 20030161211
Abstract: A system and method of forming a mixture from two elements according to which the elements are introduced into a vessel and mixed in the vessel before being discharged from the vessel. The flow rate of one of the elements is controlled to maintain a constant level of the mixture in the vessel and the flow rate of the other element is controlled to maintain a predetermined ratio of the flow rate of the latter element and the discharge flow rate.
    Type: Application
    Filed: February 28, 2002
    Publication date: August 28, 2003
Inventors: Alan B. Duell, Paul A. Brown, Perry A. Jones, Troy Bachman, Rodney E. McCauley, Joseph K. Maxson
  • Publication number: 20020106235
Abstract: A method and apparatus for assisting students and the like in organizing, and keeping organized, papers and materials for schoolwork and the like. Users will be able to place papers which will be needed at a future time, in a specific labeled, location for easy retrieval at a later time. The system motivates the initiation of work on a particular task, in a timely manner, because lost papers or materials are no longer an obstacle to beginning the task. This system and method comprises a short term, portable, sorting and filing system, a long term filing system and a linking device which encourages the user to consider specifically what to keep and what to discard. The system makes it obvious how and where to place items selected to keep. The system provides an organized group of places immediately available for things which need to be stored, short term and long term, for easy future retrieval. The system provides tools and training for time management.

  • Patent number: 5538341
Abstract: The apparatus of the present invention includes a mixing tube and inlets for conveying substances into the mixing tube such that the components intersect at a common point. A replaceable insert directs a dry component into the mixing tube. A liquid inlet bi-directionally sprays a liquid component between a wall of the mixing tube and the insert and toward the common point. A recirculation inlet directs a recirculated component toward the common point. Mixing is enhanced by a flow deflector and a flow interceptor which converge and turn the substances. The method of the present invention includes conveying substances into a mixing tube and intersecting the substances at a common point in the mixing tube to form a mixture.
