    Abstract: A coupling device is provided for coupling peripheral flanges of first and second pipes. The device comprises first and second arcuate retaining members, coupling structure and a latching mechanism. The coupling device is capable of being initially set via the latching mechanism so as to permit the coupling device to securely couple two pipe flanges of a given diameter. After being initially set, the device is capable of being easily and quickly disassembled and reassembled about the peripheral flanges of the two pipes.
