Abstract: A trapezoidal, open-ended lifting and moving cart having an upper and lower frame pivotably joined together. Upright support members are positioned on the upper frame and locking mechanism and a handle mechanism are connected to the lower frame. The handle mechanism is connected by chains to the upper frame for pulling the upper frame backward and upward, and the locking mechanism is spring-tensioned, actuated by a footpedal, and locks the handle mechanism in an upright position and the upper frame in the elevated position.
