  • Patent number: 6164859
Abstract: A folding album page for use in a binder with additional, similar album pages. The album page being formed of transparent material and having at least two pocket sections, which are folded relative to each other between a closed position and an open, panoramic display position. In the closed position, the album page can be stored in the binder. In the open position, the album page provides a panoramic display of articles placed within the pockets, especially when used in conjunction with other, adjacent album pages. A hinge connects the multiple pocket sections and permits the sections to be easily folded relative to each other in a range of approximately 360 degrees.

  • Patent number: 5275871
Abstract: An image producing and transfer apparatus which utilizes a base sheet covered with a tacky adhesive which in turn is covered with a liner sheet composed of a plurality of individually removeable liner segments. Part of the apparatus includes a plurality of break-away members which are manufactured at the same time as the apparatus and of the same material of construction and the same die cutting process to become a tool in the method of this invention. Each break-away member includes a tacky adhesive surface which, when applied to the outer surface of one of the liner segments, facilitates the removal of that liner segment thereby exposing an area of the tacky adhesive which can now be covered with a particulate matter. All liner segments are removed in this manner. When all liner segments have been removed and the particulate matter applied, there remains a border segment. A liquid glue is coated onto the completed image of this particulate matter with some of this glue coating the border segment.

  • Patent number: 5234340
Abstract: A handicraft guide is provided for locating in a specific array a plurality of members such as sequins, on a surface such as a layer of fabric. A thin sheet material has inscribed thereon a pattern which is to be reproduced as a design on the mounting surface. The pattern is made up of rows of symbols which indicate proper placement of the members onto the mounting surface. Separating lines run between adjacent rows, permitting each row of symbols to be peeled away from the mounting base to expose the edge of a next adjacent row of symbols. Each symbol corresponds to a specific member that is to be fixedly mounted onto the mounting base directly adjacent the symbol. In utilizing the handicraft guide, a member is fixed to the mounting base adjacent to each symbol provided on the first row of the guide. That first row is peeled away and the process is repeated for the second row and so forth until the desired design has been reproduced. The guide is then removed from the mounting base.

  • Patent number: 5096422
Abstract: A handicraft guide for locating a plurality of members on a surface, such as a layer of fabric, which utilizes a sheet material upon which has been inscribed a pattern to be reproduced as a design on the mounting surface. This mirror image pattern is made up of rows of symbols and is to be placed directly against the mounting surface. This guide is to be folded over upon itself sequentially exposing rows of symbols with each symbol to correspond to a specific member that is to be fixedly mounted on the mounting base directly adjacent the symbol. When there is placed on the mounting base a member for each symbol, there will be reproduced the desired design. The guide is then to be removed from the mounting base.

  • Patent number: 4953370
Abstract: The method and structure for producing a simulated needlepoint design which uses a marking instrument constructed to dye individual yarn loops in an array of such loops within a looped pile textile. The tip of the marking instrument includes a recessed nib which requires a single loop to extend within the recess in order for the loop to be colored by the marking instrument. A color guide is to be mounted in conjunction with the textile which denotes to the operator exactly which loops are to be dyed which colors.
