  • Publication number: 20150351205
Abstract: A Solid State Lighting fixture (SSL fixture) for illuminating a desired area, includes an SSL light engine having a plurality of SSL elements that can be activated or dimmed in response to set time and date schedules to illuminate the desired area and a wireless module integrated with the SSL light engine and used for communicating with a remote controller using a wireless network.

  • Publication number: 20120087118
Abstract: A luminaire including a housing made of thermally conductive material having a top, a bottom and two opposite sides connecting the top to the bottom, each side having plurality of external, vertically spaced, substantially parallel cooling fins that extend longitudinally and project laterally outwardly of the housing, preferably at a shallow downward and outward angle. The housing configuration provides a large surface area per unit of housing length to optimize heat dissipation. A configurable, cartridge-like LED bezel assembly—readily replaceable in the field—is supported on the bottom of the housing. A driver for the LED assembly—also readily replaceable in the field—is located within the housing.

  • Publication number: 20100002432
Abstract: A luminare uses an indirect reflector system to harness the concentrated light from an array of LED luminaires and direct the lumens where needed. The luminare allows for optical control and little to no glare by re-focusing the concentrated light emitted from each LED luminaire on the reflector at desired angles required for the selected lighting. A satin finish on the reflector diffuses the LED lamp image brightness and increases uniformity of illumination on the ground.

  • Patent number: 7154234
Abstract: The invented voltage regulator is a solid state low voltage regulator for in-line power lines for LED arrays and incandescent lamps, preferably low-voltage halogen lamps. The invented voltage regulator comprises, in combination, a full-wave bridge rectifier circuit, a voltage sensing circuit across the output of the full wave bridge rectifier circuit, and an AC power line voltage control circuit across the output of the voltage sensing circuit, the output of the AC power line voltage control circuit controlled by a switching power control circuit to provide a regulated 11.0 to 12.5 V AC output regardless of line voltage variations.

  • Patent number: 4872098
Abstract: A variable beam floodlight fixture is provided for simply and quickly changing the width of the beam by means of a single operating lever which controls ganged, multiple, pivoted reflector sections. Pivoted reflector sections are provided on opposite sides of a fixed central reflector, and the multiple sections on each side simultaneously pivot in different amounts under control of the operating lever to provide a uniform beam at the various angles available from the narrowest beam to the widest beam attainable from the fixture.
