  • Publication number: 20210346538
Abstract: One of the most common surfaces handled by a multitude of persons, without intermediate cleansing, is money. Viruses, bacteria, germs, and any other infectious elements that may cause disease, are generally transmitted via contact with a person who is infected or has recently touched a person or surface which has been thus contaminated. This invention fulfills society's need for money handlers to sanitize previously contaminated currency before they themselves become infected. The invented device may also be used by the money handler to sanitize currency before making change and giving it to another customer. This cycle may be interrupted and thereby reducing the spread of communicable diseases.

  • Publication number: 20040026979
Abstract: The VERTICAL HAMMOCK & PILLOW is a device constructed to allow a person to rest or sleep in a sitting position in an airplane, train, automobile, bus, wheelchair, or any other place where the lack of space or convenience dictates or where medical conditions may require a vertical sitting position for long periods. The first embodiment utilizes the natural tendency toward movement of the body as it relaxes to stretch a fabric over the user's back and thereby vertically supporting the upper torso in a sitting position. The device includes adjustment straps to allow for variations in the size of the user, comfort positions and space available. An alternative support involves the placement of a leaning device in front and on the lap of the user to provide the same type of support. In either case a frame maybe attached to the upper torso support near the shoulders to prop up the user's head. This second feature of the device is a frame or sling which supports the head in a leaning forward position.

  • Patent number: 5594937
Abstract: A system for providing enhanced multi-function, simplex or duplex RF wireless coverage of a service area, while operating at gigahertz frequencies, employing audio, video or telemetry programming, or any combination thereof; using AM, FM, Digital or Single Sideband modulation, or any combination thereof; from multiple transmitting sites located in a pattern around the outer perimeter of the service area to be provided coverage. All RF transmitter stations assigned to a given service area are fed substantially identical programming with each station employing a directional transmitting antenna thus producing a service area and thereby providing the basic implosion characteristics of the system. A highly directional antenna is employed at each customer's receiving location focused on its optimum transmission site. System vertical, horizontal or circular antenna polarization compatibility provides service area coverage consistent with minimum interference and signal distortion.
