Abstract: A system includes a workflow assignment server including a web server to allow a user device to communicate with the system over a network. The system also includes an application server, a data store, a request form engine, and a workflow engine. The application servers include one or more processors to manage inputs from the user device. The data stores include request templates and one or more sets of data to configure a request form. The request form engine assembles a request form based on the request templates and the one or more sets of data, the assembling being initiated by a signal from one of the one or more application servers. The workflow engine receives a completed request form from one of the application servers and automatically assign one or more approvers for the request.
