  • Publication number: 20230348165
Abstract: A transport case for a video monitor includes a lower case body with an upper opening. A lower frame is disposed and secured within the lower case body and has a lower-frame base plate. A damper is disposed between the lower case body and the lower frame. A pressure plate is located on the lower-frame base plate in facing engagement therewith and is configured to make contact with the screen area of the video monitor when the video monitor is positioned in the transport case. An upper frame is configured to securely attach to the lower frame and configured to extend transversely at least partially across the lower frame to hold the video monitor screen area in facing engagement with the pressure plate.

  • Patent number: 10413125
Abstract: A used cooking oil filtration system (100) includes a housing (102) defining an interior space (104), a gas source (130), a gas inlet (134) fluidly coupled to the gas source (130) to permit the introduction of a gas to the interior space (104) of the housing (102). The housing (102) further includes a fluid inlet (108), a fluid outlet (114), and filter media (116) disposed proximate the fluid outlet (114). The housing (102) is at least partially immersed in used cooking oil (150) and gas pressure in the interior space is maintained at a first pressure level at which used cooking oil flows into the interior space. The gas source (130) increases the gas pressure in the interior space to a second pressure level at which the used cooking oil flows through the filter media and exits the housing (102) through the fluid outlet (114).

  • Patent number: 10106317
Abstract: A shock isolation system includes at least one isolator configured to be removably secured to an exterior of a container and at least one foot in communication with the at least one isolator and configured to contact a support surface. The isolator has a first end proximate the support surface and an opposing second end distal from the support surface, and is configured to transition between a first, contracted position and a second, expanded position. In a stowed configuration of the system, the isolator is in the contracted position and a bottom end of the container is spaced apart from the foot at a first distance. In a deployed configuration of the system, the isolator is in the expanded position and a bottom end of the container is spaced apart from the foot at a second distance which is greater than the first distance.

  • Patent number: 5388292
Abstract: A healthcare mattress useful in avoiding pressure ulcers while providing long-term patient comfort, is comprised of a foam support with a bottom and sides that define a cavity adapted to accomodate a plurality of bladders with first and second bladders placed upon the support with the first bladder positioned above the second bladder, each bladder formed of plural, generally parallel plastic sheets forming a plurality of elongated chambers extending in a generally parallel direction across each bladder with adjacent chambers in fluid communication, with an elongated foam member disposed in each of the elongated chambers of at least the second bladder and means for maintaining a fluid pressure within each of the elongated chambers of the first and second bladders, wherein the first and second bladders are disposed with the parallel direction of the elongated chambers of the first bladder substantially normal to the parallel direction of the elongated chambers of the second bladder.
