    Abstract: An apparatus for raising and lowering a toilet. The toilet is configured to be equipped with pedestals which are encased in separate compartments in the base of the toilet. The toilet comprises an actuator for raising and lowing the toilet, as a result of the pedestals being pressed or depressed. The toilet comprises a controller for controlling the actuator, wherein the controller sends a signal to the actuator to raise or lower the toilet based on the pedestals being pressed or depressed.
