    Abstract: A dispenser having an elevator for advancing product disposed within a housing having opposed, through sidewall slots. The slots are formed with ratchets and the elevator is actuated by a driver extending through and guided by slots. The driver is formed with pawls which engage the ratchets so that the elevator can be indexed manually in step by step fashion.
