  • Patent number: 11935629
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods for identifying a set of fluorophore-biomolecule reagent pairs for characterizing a sample by flow cytometry. Methods according to certain embodiments include calculating a spectral spillover spreading parameter for a plurality of fluorophores, pairing each fluorophore with a biomolecule that is specific for a biomarker of a cell in the sample to generate a plurality of fluorophore-biomolecule reagent pairs, generating an adjusted spillover spreading matrix for the fluorophore-biomolecule reagent pairs based on the spectral spillover spreading parameter of each fluorophore and a biomarker classification parameter and identifying an optimal set of fluorophore-biomolecule reagent pairs based on the calculated spillover spreading values from the adjusted spillover spreading matrix. Systems and non-transitory computer readable storage medium for practicing the subject methods are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11455532
Abstract: The utility usage of a particular individual occupying a residence may give insight into the individual's current cognitive health and/or to enable provision of various services within the facility for the individual, particularly when monitoring patterns in utility usage over time. To enable accurate and non-invasive utility monitoring, a single-point utility sensor may be secured relative to a utility supply line, and generated signals may be utilized to monitor utility usage and to distinguish between utility fixtures. A centralized computing entity may identify frequency characteristics within the generated data, and may automatically generate one or more machine-learning algorithms to distinguish between utility usage events, without requiring substantial user input.

  • Publication number: 20210390564
Abstract: In some embodiments, a system may evaluate third-party data for an enterprise (e.g., a potential risk enterprise such as an insurance company), based on information about potential customers received via a first-party data source and additional information about the potential customers from sources other than the enterprise received via a third-party data source. A model factory may provide information about at least one enterprise predictive model, and a third-party data evaluation platform may analyze the additional information to determine an impact on the enterprise predictive model. The third-party data evaluation platform may then output an indication of a result of said analysis to a database of findings (e.g., for use by data scientists).
