    Abstract: Methods for detecting the presence of sever acute respiratory coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) are provided. The methods comprise incubating a sample comprising T-cells from an individual with one or more SARS-CoV-2 antigens, each antigen having a T-cell epitope, and detecting a change in state of T-cells in the sample. The change in state may be detected by determining the presence or level of a secreted, immune response indicator, such as interferon-gamma (IFN-?).

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods of predicting whether a subject's metastatic breast cancer is stable or progressive are provided. Such methods may include measuring T cell subsets in a fluid sample of the subject; and predicting whether the subject's metastatic breast cancer is likely to be stable or progressive when there is an elevated ratio of the T cell subsets. Also disclosed are methods of treating metastatic breast cancer by a conservative therapy or an aggressive therapy based on the determination of a stable or progressive cancer.
