Abstract: A vehicle driveline component includes a case defining lever apertures, a coupling having a movable member that is movable along a movement axis between a first and a second position, a linear having a motor output member movable along the movement axis, and a plurality of levers. Each lever is disposed in an associated lever aperture and coupled to the case for pivoting motion about a respective lever pivot axis. The levers urge the movable member in a first direction along the movement axis from one of the first and second positions to the other one of the first and second positions in response to pivoting motion of the levers about the lever pivot axes caused by contact between the levers and the motor output member when the motor output member is driven in a second direction along the movement axis that is opposite the first direction.

Abstract: A gateway and method for distinguishing between different types of messages without requiring the gateway to be fully aware of the communication protocol. The gateway passes through messages from application entities to network elements and vice versa. The gateway determines a transaction identifier or sequence step information, and compares the transaction identifier or sequence step information with ones previously stored. The comparison result is used to determine whether a message is an initial message or a response message to the initial message, and whether the message is a first or subsequent message, respectively.

Abstract: A simple gateway and an improved controlling method for controlling said gateway are provided to distinguish between different kinds of messages without requiring the gateway to be fully aware of the protocol. The gateway (200c) passes through messages from application entities (310, 320) to network elements (100) or vice versa. The gateway (200c) comprises a transaction identifier determinator (220) to determine a transaction identifier and/or sequence step information determinator (260) to determine sequence step information and a control logic (280) that compares the transaction identifier and/or sequence step information with previously stored ones. From this comparison, it can be determined, whether a message is an initial message or a response message to the initial message and whether the message is a first or a further message, respectively.

Abstract: A process and apparatus for cleaning contaminated raw water, in which raw water and a flocculator are introduced into the reaction space of a pressure vessel, which vessel has such reaction space at the bottom thereof, a filter space above the reaction space and containing a filter made of particles of elastic, granular material, and a clean water space above the filter space so that the raw water passes through the three spaces, whereby the pollution material contained in the raw water becomes enclosed by the cells of the floccules of the flocculator and the floccules become absorbed by the filter particles. Accumulated pollution material is removed from the filter particles by regenerating the filter with a fluid flowing from the clean water space through the filter space into the reaction space. The required extent of purity is achieved by varying the velocity of the raw water introduced into the reaction space, to thereby adjust the percentage of the voids in the filter.
