  • Publication number: 20150109115
Abstract: An acoustic warning device for a vehicle is disclosed. The acoustic warning device includes an air suction device having a suction tube, and a filter housing having a filter and a sound generating device which is arranged therein. The sound generating device is arranged between suction tube and filter with respect to a flow direction of the air. The sound generating device firstly emits the acoustic signal into a spatial volume of the filter housing. An additional chamber volume serves as a band-pass filter for the sound waves emitted from the sound generating device. The acoustic warning device may further include a sound source arranged outside the filter housing to generate sound signals with higher frequencies than emitted from the filter housing. By the combination of these two sound generating devices, an efficient emission of low-frequency and also of high-frequency sound signals is therefore possible.

  • Publication number: 20080014126
Abstract: A process and apparatus for converting starting materials containing hydrocarbon into a hydrogen-rich product gas is disclosed. A raw synthesis gas containing hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) is generated from the hydrocarbon-containing starting materials in a first process step of which at least a part undergoes a catalytically supported water-gas shift reaction to increase the percentage of hydrogen. The water-gas shift reaction is carried out at temperatures between 50 and 200° C., preferably between 60 and 150° C., and at temperatures between 1 and 10 bar, preferably between 1 and 5 bar, in a reactor in which a suitable catalyst is present.

  • Publication number: 20070286797
Abstract: At least one hydrogen-containing product stream (4) can be obtained from feedstocks (1) that contain organic oxygen compounds with more than one carbon atom. In the process, an intermediate product is obtained from the feedstock (1) in a first process step in a first reactor (P). The intermediate product is then reacted by steam reforming in a steam-reforming reactor (steam reformer) (D), which is heated from the outside, to obtain a synthesis gas (3) that contains hydrogen and carbon monoxide.

  • Patent number: 5630525
Abstract: A dispenser for consecutive dispensing of tablets in a fixed order comprising a cylindrical body defining along its periphery a number of juxtaposed vertical chutes each accommodating a number of tablets piled on edge radially oriented in the body, a cup shaped dispensing part comprising a bottom plate having an upstanding cylindric wall and forming a stop at the lower end of the chutes. An opening in the cylindric wall allows a tablet on edge to pass from the outside of the cup into the inner space thereof. Above the opening a protrusion extends radially outwards from the cylindric wall into the space between a tablet abreast of the opening and a possible overlying tablet in the chute, and a wall adjacent to the opening extends into the lower ends of the chutes. A detent mechanism makes the body and dispensing part stepwise unidirectionally rotatable in relation to each other.
