  • Patent number: 8608464
Abstract: Check valve with a valve housing, on which is formed a valve seat. The valve seat is designed as an oblique face with respect to a flow direction. A shut-off element has at least one sheet-like shut-off tab which is composed of an elastically deformable material and which, in a shut-off position, bears against the valve seat and, in an opening position, is lifted off from the valve seat, in order to allow the passage of fluid. An abutment element is arranged on that side of the shut-off tab which faces away from the valve seat. The shut-off tab can abut against the abutment element in order to limit the amount by which the shut-off tab is lifted off from the valve seat.

  • Patent number: 8444401
Abstract: A check valve for arranging between a first pressure chamber, in which a first pressure prevails, and a second pressure chamber in which a second pressure prevails. The valve comprises a valve housing on which a valve seat is formed, and comprises a blocking element which is designed in a blocking position, to close a valve opening in the region of the valve seat, in order to block a connection between the first and the second valve chambers, and is designed in an open position to release the valve opening in order to release the connection between the first and the second valve chambers. The valve seat is configured as an oblique surface, which relative to the flow direction is aligned at an angle which is greater than 15° and less than 80°. The blocking element comprises a planar blocking lobe made from an elastically deformable material which in the blocking position bears against the oblique surface, and in the open position lifts away from the oblique surface in order to release the connection.

  • Patent number: 8403002
Abstract: A directional control fluid valve for establishing a first throughflow path, with which fluid is sucked in and supplied under pressure to a consumer, and a second throughflow path with which fluid is sucked out of the consumer. The valve has a housing which has a tank port, a pressure port for connecting to a pressure side of a pump, a suction port for connecting to a suction side of the pump, and a consumer port. The valve has at least one valve flap which is arranged within the housing and which can be moved between a first flap position for establishing the first throughflow path and a second flap position for establishing the second throughflow path. The housing has two parts on which are formed in each case at least two valve seats. The housing has a base part on which the tank port, the pressure port, the suction port and the consumer port are formed, and a cover part which has closed ducts. The closed ducts are connected to the associated valve seats.

  • Patent number: 7842894
Abstract: A seat belt buckle for seat belts has a housing, an opening for inserting a seat belt tongue, a locking device for locking the seat belt tongue, and a release device for releasing the seat belt tongue from the lock. A sensor device electrically senses whether the seat belt tongue is locked, wherein the sensor device has a switch arrangement which can be activated by the seat belt tongue. The switch arrangement has an electrically conductive snap-action plate that can be moved between a first switched position and a second switched position. A mechanical activation device transmits a force exerted on the seat belt tongue during the insertion of the seat belt tongue onto the snap-action plate in order to move the snap-action plate from the first switched position into the second switched position. As a result, an electrical contact element is closed or opened.
