  • Publication number: 20240096488
Abstract: The invention relates to the field of medical fluid management devices, in particular dialysis machines. The object of the invention is to design methods and devices, such that the monitoring and control of medical fluid management devices from a remote site are possible. To do so, the screen content of the output device of a fluid management device is transmitted at least partially to an output device of a remote control unit. The screen content optionally has user interfaces, which can be selected on the remote control device and lead to changes in the control of the transmitting medical fluid management device.

  • Patent number: 10664291
Abstract: A tire pressure monitoring unit includes a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a transmitter for wireless transmission of pressure and temperature data HF signals, a receiver for receiving wireless control LF signals, a microcontroller containing a program memory and a data storage device containing a library of control programs to control the measurement and transmission activity of the tire pressure monitoring unit. The microcontroller selects from this library, on the basis of control signals that are received, a control program and then writing it into its program memory. When a loading program is activated by a control signal, it causes the microcontroller to transfer into the data storage device an additional control program that is received by the receiver. A method includes adding, to a library of control programs in a data storage device connected to a microcontroller of a tire pressure monitoring unit, an additional control program.

  • Patent number: 10137743
Abstract: A tire pressure monitoring device is mounted on a wheel of a vehicle provided with a pneumatic tire. The device contains a tire pressure sensor and a transmitter which transmits signals wirelessly in transmission intervals, between which in each case there is a first transmission pause. A control device controls the sensor, the transmitter and the first transmission pause thereof. A source provides electrical energy to a rechargeable electric accumulator, in which electrical energy delivered from the source is stored until it is required. The state of charge of the rechargeable electric accumulator is monitored by a monitoring device and one or more of the first transmission causes is/are then ended as soon as enough electrical energy is stored in the rechargeable accumulator to operate the tire pressure monitoring device between two successive first transmission pauses until the conclusion of a predetermined number of transmission processes.

  • Patent number: 9902216
Abstract: Tire pressure control devices include first sensors to deliver repeatedly a measured value M1 for the rotation speed of the wheel. A measurand, from which the rotation speed of the associated wheel can be derived, is detected in a pointwise manner by means of a second sensor over a predetermined rotation angle ? of the wheel as a function of time, is subjected to a low pass filtering in a subsequent first time interval ?t1 and from the filtered development of the measurand a second measured value M2 is determined, which is a measurement for the rotation speed or respectively for the angular speed of the associated wheel. Each tire pressure control device transmits at the end of a second time interval ?t2 the second measured value M2 together with an identification of the tire pressure control device to a central unit. Comparing M1 and M2 determines wheel position.

  • Patent number: 8791807
Abstract: Allocates identifiers of units of a tire pressure monitoring system to the positions of ABS-sensors which are each assigned to the wheels of the vehicle. The identifiers are contained in signals that are emitted by the units. Each unit, which is called a wheel electronic, has a pressure sensor, which is sensitive to the tire pressure of the wheel, a motion sensor, which provides information on the rotation speed of the wheel, a memory with the individual identifier of the wheel stored therein, and a transmitter, which transmits signals only containing information on the rotation speed of the respective wheel, to a receiver. An evaluation device receives the transmitted identifier and compares the information on the rotation speed of the wheel transmitted along with the identifier, with rotation speed information, which were acquired by the ABS sensors for the same time span and transferred to the evaluation device.
