  • Patent number: 6596444
Abstract: A method for correcting pattern errors on a photomask is disclosed. The method includes determining a proximity effect caused by a first feature on a second feature in a pattern data file. The total line edge length is calculated for the first feature and a dimension of the second feature is modified based on the total line edge length calculated or the first feature.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 10, 2001
Date of Patent: July 22, 2003
    Assignee: DuPont Photomasks, Inc.
    Inventor: Peter Buck

  • Publication number: 20020006860
Abstract: A cleaning kit for removing process impurities carried on the surface of a NOX reduction catalyst which is installed in the path of a flue gas flow exiting from a fossil fuel burning facility including: a reagent supply grill; a source of supply of liquid cleaning reagent; a reagent collection basin; and a recirculating structure. The reagent supply grid is adapted to be selectively positioned above a portion of a catalyst layer. The source of supply of liquid cleaning reagent adapted to be in communication with the supply grid, and the reagent collection basin being adapted to be selectively positioned below the portion of such catalyst layer to catch cleaning reagent therein after such reagent passes through such portion of the catalyst layer. the recirculating structure recirculates at least a portion of such reagent from the collecting basin for recirculating through such supply grid for further cleaning of such portion of the catalyst layer.

  • Patent number: 6232254
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of cleaning and/or regenerating wholly or partially de-activated catalysts for stack-gas nitrogen scrubbing, in which the catalysts are treated with a washing and/or regenerating liquid, characterized by the washing or regenerating liquid consisting wholly or in part of demineralized water.

  • Patent number: 5829600
Abstract: The invention is concerned with a method for identifying different, elongated metallic objects according to position and/or shape and/or type. In this method, by means of a conveyor, an object lying singly in a predetermined or a random position on conveyor is guided in terms of its conveyor direction evenly and at a constant speed over at least one inductive scanner, the induction voltage which varies temporally while object is passed over inductive scanner, is measured.
