    Abstract: A dispensing apparatus includes an outer housing having a receiving section for coupling with a liquid container and a pumper. The pumper includes a pumper inlet and pumper outlet and is designed and configured to receive a liquid from a liquid container at the pumper inlet, convert the liquid into a foam, and to expel foam through the pumper outlet. The apparatus also includes a piston having a piston inlet and a piston outlet, the piston inlet capable of fluid communication with the pumper outlet and a pumping mechanism.
