  • Patent number: 6383084
Abstract: A foldable climber comprises a plurality of walls coupled to each other by a plurality of hinges, each wall being substantially perpendicular a support surface when the climber is in an assembled position. At least one platform is removably connected to at least two of the walls to stabilize the structure when in the assembled position. When the structure is in the collapsed position, the walls fold into a substantially flat configuration and define regions in which the platform can be stored.

  • Patent number: 6082633
Abstract: A toy sprinkler (10) is disclosed comprising a hub assembly (12) having a water pressure activated spinning cap member (68) and a manifold member (64) connected to a pressurized water source. Multiple right angle arm assemblies (14, 16, and 18) are connected to the manifold (64) and direct water by a conduit (34) to wand members (22) mounted to remote ends of arm assemblies (14-16). The conduit (34) affords sufficient slack to allow removal of the wand members (22) from the arm assemblies (14-16) and the aiming of water ejected from the wand members (22).

  • Patent number: 5893809
Abstract: A basketball goal assembly (10) includes a base (11), a pole assembly (12) carried by the base (11), a rim assembly (14) pivotally carried by the pole assembly (12) and a backboard (13) carried by the pole assembly (12). The pole assembly (12) has a front face (21) having a recess (27) therein. A lug (36) on the rim assembly (14) is received in the recess (27) to hold the rim assembly (14) in a useable condition. Upon a downward force on the rim assembly (14), the rim assembly (14) breaks away from the pole assembly (12) as the lug (36) comes out of the recess (27). A yoke (59) extends between the base (11) and the pole assembly (12) to assist in supporting the pole assembly (12). However, the yoke (59) may be removed from the pole assembly (12) and the base (11) and positioned in a compartment (64) formed in the base (11). The pole assembly (12) may then be rotated to be generally flat with the base (11) and to be positioned over the yoke (59).

  • Patent number: 5704549
Abstract: An oscillating sprinkler comprises a fixed base assembly (12) and an upper housing (14) from which water distributing arms (16, 18, 20, 22) extend. A bearing member (66) depends from the upper housing (14) and is seated within the base assembly (12). An upper surface (26) of the base housing (12) comprises an undulating cam surface and bend portions (110) of the arm members act as cam followers. Bend portions (110) engage cam surface (26) and cause a reciprocal tilting of the upper housing (14) about the bearing member (66) as the upper housing (14) rotates about the base assembly (12). Water ejected from orifices (114) in the arm members (16, 18, 20, 22) act to propel the upper housing along its rotational path. A cap member (144) is rotationally mounted to the top of the upper housing (14) and pressurized water ejected through orifices (148) in the cap member (144) act to rotate the cap member in a direction opposite to the direction in which the upper housing rotates.

  • Patent number: 5518014
Abstract: The portable countertop dishwasher of the invention employs a housing, such that the pump and fluid handling assembly of the structure is positioned within the dishwasher in a compact manner between the dishwasher floor and bottom wall, with a drying assembly directed into the rear wall of the dishwasher in operative communication with the dishwasher cavity.
